It's so weird to me that we refer to the deceased as "late". I mean, can you imagine how offensive that must be to someone obsessed with punctuality? You go your entire life being on time (or even early) to everything only to be referred to as "late" after you get crushed by a falling piano.

Seriously, if there's one part of the 1920s that needs to come back, it's Art Deco. If we have to deal with a deadly global pandemic and the rise of far-right politics, we should at least get to enjoy some nice architecture. Also jazz.
