He's saying he doesn't understand why people are trusting Tommy after everything he's done

That they should just let Dream and Techno blow up L'Manburg so that can rebuild it better and all come together

Like he's got serious doubts about everything, about who's in the right. He says the only people who were talking sense were Ranboo and Nicki.

He's saying that Dream is like a deity on the server, who can do anything he wants, that he's got no reason to fight him.

Hbomb doesn't want to risk everything for a land he's not even part of, for people who don't care about other people.

If anything, his heart allies him with Techno and blowing up L'Manburg.
