Like he's got serious doubts about everything, about who's in the right. He says the only people who were talking sense were Ranboo and Nicki.
He's saying that Dream is like a deity on the server, who can do anything he wants, that he's got no reason to fight him.
Hbomb doesn't want to risk everything for a land he's not even part of, for people who don't care about other people.
If anything, his heart allies him with Techno and blowing up L'Manburg.

I’d like to remind everyone this is all just roleplay! I myself have sometimes been too invested in the story and have to take a step back and remind myself this is roleplay cause it’s natural to want to be angry when your favorite character gets hurt or the villian hurts the protag. It’s natural but this is just a reminder that this is all roleplay and you aren’t evil for sometimes forgetting that. As doomsday begins in 45 minutes and the sneak attack in 15 I feel like it was important to remind everyone. It’s all roleplay and you’re favorite characters are not actually hurt!
