Confident- Most likely to show up. If it’s a battle he believes he can win, this smug smile comes out. Or if he's talking down to others. Can potentially be very aggravating for people on the other end of it.

Unhinged- Uncommon, but when he does display this grin it's for the briefest of moments or when he goes all out. Sometimes if he's been pissed off enough (or having too much fun) then he might get here.

Gentle- Once every millennium. So rare. Especially as a puppet, it comes along as like a little twitch. Might occur when he's amused. Or when someone isn't looking directly at him. If someone does get a good look at it, beware, he will deny it.

All of these vary in occurrence when he's human of course. (More thoughts on that one day.) 🙃

Izumi Uchiha dropped the hot teacup mere inches from her sandals at the sound of her Mother’s scream. She trampled over the broken ceramic as she rushed inside her family home, her chestnut locks flowing behind her in the icy night air.

The young Uchiha woman was met with the metallic smell of blood, and the body of the woman who gave birth to her lay motionlessly in the middle of the living room.

“M-Mom!”

Her scream echoed through the empty house and her breath caught in her throat as she tried to conjure a single helpful thought in this situation. To no avail.

Before she could kneel and grieve the loss of her dear Mother, a single blow to the back of her head knocks her unconscious. The perpetrator then picks up her limp body and evacuates the crime scene completely unscathed.

Hours later, Izumi stirs and groans in her sleep, vivid images of her Mother’s corpse flashing in her mind. She tried to reach for her, but the ground collapsed beneath her. She was falling and falling and falling, until…

Her body lurched and she sat up in an unfamiliar room, onyx eyes wide in shock and dry tears clung to her black eyelashes. She groaned and rubbed her eyes, unsure if what she witnessed was real or just an illusion.

In her peripheral vision, the silhouette of a person caught her attention… Crimson Sharingan blazing in the darkness.

“Did you… Bring me here? Where’s my Mom? I-is she okay?”
