After everyone has paid for lunch, the rambunctious group walks out of the restaurant, and wait on the sidewalk. Yuta asks you to wait for a minute, and that he'll leave with you but the way he's talking to Doyoung animatedly about freaking dinosaurs, you know it'll be longer than a minute.

As you wait, Mark and Johnny approach you, and Mark says,

"Yo, Y/N right? Your style is pretty dope."

You laugh at his words, and say, "Ayyyyy, appreciate it man. I love your hair, suits you."

At your words, the boy actually seems to go a little shy, eyes wandering as one of his hands come up to play with his ear, letting out a chuckle.

Before the silence could get weird, you chime in and say,

"Do ya'll like Indian food?"

"Oh mannn, yes!! Do not even get me started. Everything is just perfect. The sweet, the sour, the spicy. God."

Laughing at Mark's exaggeration, Johnny chimes in, "Mhm yeah, and you know the dessert that we just had, I think that's my favourite."

Your eyes light up as you say, "For real? Woaaaah. Gulabjamun is my favourite too!"

Your words trail off into laughter and in your excitement you raise your hand for a high five, which Johnny returns, now laughing along with you. As the laughter dies down and both of you lower your hands, Johnny smiles an easy smile as his eyes don't leave yours.

The seemingly romantic moment is broken the moment someone else approaches your trio, and Johnny's hand leaves yours.

Jaehyun comes and stands beside you, and asks with his phone extended towards you, "Hey Y/N, can I get your number?"

Unsure of what to do, mind still preoccupied by Johnny, you smile, taking his phone from him and entering your digits.

Little do you know that Mark and Johnny are watching Jaehyun watch you like hawks.
