Every Time We Get Disabled Or Chronically Ill Characters In A Tv Show I Actively Fall Platonically In
Every time we get disabled or chronically ill characters in a tv show I actively fall platonically in love with them. The boost of serotonin I get from being represented in the MOST BADASS way speaks to the real-life aspect of living with pain or having physical limitations imposed on you. You grow out of them, and you thrive despite them (sometimes BECAUSE of them) and I think that is really poetic, and lovely, and I love these characters so much. Shut up, I'm fine

Drawing a goth girl and omfg let me NEVER complain about shading curly hair again batsnest is INFINITELY harder 😫
Do not be fooled by the alleged heterosexuality of my ship, as they are both bisexuals, and perchance, if the sun shines just right, transgender aswell.

The relatability of characters that are stitched/sewn/stapled/ball-jointed etc together as someone with Ehlers Danlos

Every single character of this vein has eds TO ME! and they have been vital representation in a world that likes disabled people more when they're metaphors.

I was wondering if anybody else with eds also found solace in these more literal interpretations of what it means to be physically falling apart at the seams?
armand being a firm believer in method acting who tells his company shit like "uhmmmm do i hear FRENCH from the lips of an ENGLISH company??? remember u gotta live it off stage if you wanna be it on stage..." like yeah okay the guy who fully pretends to be whoever his current companion wants him to be and doesn't reflect on this one minute but instead just pretends everything is fine and normal and as it should be believes in pretending to be something you're not with total disregard of your own true self so you can play a convincing part for an audience. fork found in kitchen.
