One loud and excitable whilst the other's ominous and intimidating. They both hold power separately but together they form a storm of passion and love that kicks your ass.
I know the fandom is attached to the "fucked up deity of incomprehensible horrors wants to make out with some random hypersomniac so bad it makes them stupid" dynamic but consider The random hypersomniac is even more fucked up.
Dream XD is cooing over a human, all: "look at my little guy, isn't he cute?" and meanwhile George has been sleeping for a whole year and has consumed nothing but the souls of the fallen while he exists in a limbo of his own creation and is now interested in straight up stealing god's soul.

Honestly one of my favorite ship dynamics that I never see folks talk about is where they're just... Orbiting each other like satellites. A deep closeness, but not quite something explicitly romantic. Everyone around them has conflicting opinions on their relationship, but they never label it. Heartfelt declarations of trust, love, and friendship are non negotiable

Ok so I’ve been trying to find content with a VERY specific story/ship and I’m out of luck so I’m turning to tumblr to see if you have any answers.
So the whole thing basically goes like the hero party has one member that is vastly under appreciated and is at some point betrayed/left behind by the group. Then this can go one of two ways cause both are awesome:
Either the villain finds the character and takes them under their wing, eventually reuniting with the hero’s party where the character WRECKS them. Villain x character romance is alright.
Or the character finds their own way out a d BECOMES the villain, learning from their past and becoming badass. Eventually reuniting with and kicking the asses of the people who left them.

where cloud girl ☁️ is a dreamer, an optimist, a creative. always imagining of the ‘what if’s’ and looks for the wonder in everything and everyone. she lives by the words of dead poets and holds herself up as if she were floating across the sky. she is weightless, empathetic, and ambitious beyond the known horizon.
but space boy 🪐 is logical, by-the-book, a nerd for lack of a better name. he has a schedule he never strays from, has a thirst for knowledge, and a knack for thinking outside of the box. he lives by the facts of science and natural laws, and doesn’t believe in gods or spirits or an afterlife (though he does respect that others do). he is grounded, confident, and has taught himself to stand on his own.
cloud girl irritates him with her fantasies and non-sensical outlook on life. and she doesn’t understand how space boy is content with knowing there is a whole universe just waiting for him to discover and yet he stays flat-footed on the ground.
they don’t work. two different pieces of two different puzzles.
but time passes, and space boy learns to seek beyond what is known and dare to dream of the impossible. and cloud girl realises that life is both equally wondrous as it is cruel; that there is still beauty in reality as there is in her fantasies.
they teach each other these things, and subconsciously shape one another’s edges to fit each other in their own puzzle.

The Jealous Model
Just imagine Adrien experiencing both waves of pride and jealousy, while he watches Luka perform on stage. Happy that he can hear the song Luka worked months for, get the attention it deserves, screaming along with the crowd, while Nino shakes his shoulder, while he repeats in his mind: That's my fucking boyfriend!
Then comes the attention. The fans that would meet him afterwards. Luka would smile towards him him sadly, before turning to take a picture with another fan. Adrien was used to being on the receiving end of many fan signings. He knew how tiring it was. But, he would be lying if he said he wasn't jealous. He wanted to lay over Luka's back like a cat, and hiss at everyone. But he wouldn't. That still didn't stop him form sulking as Luka walked him home.
Adrien's just a silently, jealous, pouty boyfriend.
