Brazil it's about a dystopian city where bureaucracy is imense, with a incompetent government that always puts the blame on someone else, with desensitized people that ignore the reality and the suffering and only help their own ego grow, and the only way to get out it's by day dreaming of a better place, which will eventually be shot down when the reality comes crashing down.
