                               most of her time is spent on the stranger, wondering how some people are to just scamper up to strangers and rope them into conversing. she wonders what would happen if she just walked away right now, but the wheel is of interest, her gaze finally falling to what she’s explaining. ‘   i don’t have any cash on me.   ’ and a two dollar e-transfer would raise suspicion with her dad. ‘   can you let me play for free ?   ’ she’d like to win, and assumes everyone at this school is rich anyways.

                       ❝ oh yeah !  it’s free to play , you just have to pay if it lands on this yellow section , ❞   she pointed at the corresponding shade ,   ❝ but let’s see what you win !! ❞   she spun the wheel and cheered once it landed on medium prize .   ❝ you won a pair of wireless earphones ! ❞

It had been a long time since she played a game. Everything had turned so serious and even though this was a good look into the life many people here would still pick, they were glad they would distance themselves from the spy world and continue on her journey to become a doctor. “A spy phone? I have never heard of such a thing before” she giggled. “But I will make sure to sell it to a proper spy, I promise” she quickly added. Looking at the phone, they hummed. “It’s cool looking”

                 ❝ thanks !  i tried to make it look super sleek and spy-y but in the movie sense , y’know ?  a lot of the tech we have now is uggy . ❞   which wasn’t true .  it was normal if anything but this is what she got for watching too many spy movies .   ❝ also !  you should sell it for like 1k minimum , it’s going for a bit more on the market . ❞

Wonder dawned on her face. “I love games!” Martina let her finger grazed the wheel, committing the sections to memory as the other explained them. Mid-spiel, her finger applied too much pressure, accidentally giving the wheel a premature whirl. “Whoops, sorry.” She clenched her teeth, giving Kiki the perfect mimicry of the 😬 emoji. “Did I win though?” Priorities!

                       ❝ no , you’re good !  it works out ! ❞   she watches the wheel carefully as it lands on the small prize .  however , being the terribly wingman she was , she decided to give an upgrades prize .   ❝ you got a small prize but because you’re close with my child , sam , i’ll give you the large one cause nepotism . ❞   she took out the phone from her prize bag and offered it to martina .

– “HELL YEAH, I LOVE GAMES,” RICKY SAYS WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT as to what it could be. he’s not too worried, anyhow, even if maybe he should be ? “ AND prizes. ” eyes light up for a moment, pulls a bunch of random change out his pocket and holds it out to her without even counting it. “ alright, let me try. ”  

                          her smile grew , thoroughly enjoying ricky’s excitement .   ❝ hold on to your money , we don’t know know if you’ll owe me or not , ❞   she began , spinning the wheel and watching it land on large prize .  she gave her friend a cheer ,   ❝ yay !  you win a phone ! ❞   she took the devise out of her bag and handed it to him .   ❝ i forget , were you part of the group of people who tested the first version of this ? ❞

                       ❝ okay , here me out : charge at her bodyguard and throw your body at them , they weren't expecting it , they’re down , beat them up , and then take their place .  beyonce gets a new and improved bodyguard and you get the best job ever .  it’s a win-win .  plus i’ll be right behind ya recording the whole thing to monument your win . ❞

                       ❝ are you offering the seat you’re in now ? ❞   she tilted her head , understanding his question wrong .  but it’s fine , she’ll blame it on the alcohol once correct .   ❝ hmm , i do like warm seats , though ... this is all so new to me . ❞

Owen is just thinking about how he can leave early without having Aylin call him out for it later on. Even if no one is paying attention to him he still feels like the elephant in the room. “Do you, uh, did you want to sit here?” He asks the person that seems to be heading his way.
