& maybe Yuuji likes to call Megumi "Umi" or "Sea" . Cause he grew up in Sendai, which is very close to the Miyagi coast, he's very well acquainted with the sea and the deep blue of the ocean. He can see that same color in Megumi's eyes if you go by the anime's choice in eye color rather than the manga one. In the Manga, he considers them jade-colored. Still a shade of the ocean in his opinion though. Deep, blue-green, calming, alluring, mysterious, just like Megumi. You bet he swam in the coastal area of Miyagi all the time. He wants to take Megumi there too one day, so he can see it too! ... also wants to take Megumi to one of the cat islands, Tashiro.

There is something so Intimate about two being in one body.
Sharing bodies, souls, and Minds.
Unlike the Brat that Sukuna was forced to be stuck with. Sukuna chose Megumi out of all the potential vessels.
He saved Megumi from death many times. Heck Megumi spent his birthday possessed from Sukuna.
It is intimate because look... I feel like Sukuna would love to take an unrestricted, unaltered and unashamedly raw look into Megumi's head, pick his brain, to look at all the violence and rage the boy hides behind a thin facade of collectiveness and restriction. It's so ... open and raw, so MEGUMI, such a open display of truth that he can't help but find it fascinating. Everything about Megumi fascinates him. He wants to live in the boy's ribcage and see how he works. Wants to crawl in his chest and watch his heart beat. See the rage, sadness, tears, smiles, laughter, everything unfiltered and unfettered by the society at large which has shaped him. He doesn't want to see Megumi through the lens of a modern world, he wants to see him savagely, ruminating in strength and violence, wants to see him at his best, the pinnacle of his capabilities and nothing less. The more Megumi conceals from Sukuna, the more eager Sukuna is to rip the knowledge free from his hands and observe it for himself. Sharing bodies means that he gets the chance to look inside of him, unrestricted access, unrestricted love and adoration for the bloodier, more violent portions he dares not let lose around his peers and his sensei. He knows violence crawls under that boy's skin, and he sees it. Red, hot, writhing just under his skin, bubbling up his throat, refusing to be swallowed down and ignored. Oh, Sukuna is in love with that boy.

(for this next part, it might be for the best if you just closed your eyes.)
Okay but here's a concept: Six eyes & Limitless users have never gotten to experience true love. Because even in the Heian era and all the eras after that, they were powerful people who were common to find bounties on, or have someone out to take their head in one way or another simply because of their supernatural influence and ability to see beyond what normal people do. They're dangerous and revered by the Gojo clans, and often deferred to for matters which include the fate of the sorcerers' society. One of the best ways / most effective ways to get close enough to kill them is to either kill them as children, (Which resulted in Gojo Satoru being as protected and sheltered as he was when he was young. Someone (Kenjaku and his present-at-the-time-vessel) strangled a six eyes user to keep them from maturing properly into their role.) And again, we see it with Satoru's circumstances, emotionally devastating them and rendering them useless is also another route to go. This means that in order to remain safe, to keep themselves safe, no six eyes user until Satoru has truly found love, or could ever truly confide in anyone, in another sorcerer or a human being. They had to stay alive first and foremost for the sake of the fragile balance of the sorcerer's world. They never truly had someone they could rely on. Until Satoru met and fell in love with Suguru. Suguru who would never abuse his trust or hurt him intentionally, who loved him for ten years, who was fine dying by Satoru's hands. For a time, it was like the universe gave Satoru a trump card. Like the universe gave him someone more himself than he is. Knew him inside and out. Who was used and abused to capture and incapacitate Satoru in the end because it was the most effective way. Because from experience, Kenjaku knew it'd be what did him in.
