scenario before I go to sleep for work that I think you guys are gonna love (not) (shhh, totally not an angstier version of steph's still art)

Stan being possessed by Bill during Sea Grunks era and Bill, feeling intense fury at Ford for erasing him (because we know he's blaming Ford for pulling the trigger over Stan punching him), fights with Ford with clear intentions of murdering him.

Ford, trying his hardest not to hurt his brother with much more than bruises from pushing him away, valiantly fights for his life. He is terrified and is trying to get Stan to wake up and expell Bill. It isn't working and Bill taunts him as he flaunts the knife he stole from the kitchenette before the assault.

Ford holds his own but he can't for much longer. He tires just enough for Bill to take him by surprise and plunge the knife deep into his chest. Bill lets Stan wake up holding the knife in Ford's chest as an extra layer of cruelty, his revenge finished for the moment.

Stan is beyond horrified and can't bring himself to speak words as Ford looks at him and collapses into his arms with his own stricken expression. Ford tries to comfort him that it wasn't his fault, that Bill took over his agency and that he doesn't blame him, that he in fact forgives him, but Stan can't accept it as Ford dies in his arms to his hands.
