So why did she kiss him? Why did she replicate his home?
To get in his head.
When they were kids, he didn't like that house but he protected it from her. He also protected his body from her. So the kiss and the house are her saying to him, "look, I can get them both without your permission."
And if there's one thing we know about Yohan is that he hates people putting their hands on him or anything that belongs to him. He nearly killed that hobo in ep1 for touching him. He escorted the fireman off a building for his brother's watch. And he made Sunha, herself, jump out a window because of a necklace.
Yohan is the king of boundaries.
Kissing him without his permission was a powerplay. In my opinion, Sunha couldn't care less what Yohan's romantic feelings were.
