I'm honestly not trying to be negative, but I'm completely done hoping for Johnlock. If it happens Sunday I'll be elated, but I'm not gonna hold out hope anymore. I can't do that to myself. I hate going back into the mindset of expecting to be queerbaited, but that's the only way to keep my heart from breaking. If that makes me a bad fan, then oh well. At least it'll hurt just a little bit less.

How do I listen to this whole thing?! I’m so new to Torchwood, and I need content!!! Specifically Janto content, but that’s neither here nor there. If audio dramas are the best I can get, someone please point me in the right direction!!! I’m dying over here!!!

1) I'm so happy I finally have a place to say this! This has been bugging me, & honestly hurting me quite a bit ever since TSoT aired. It's that everyone wants the baby dead​ or ghosted. My friend recently had a stillborn son, & it was very traumatic

2) She and I have kind of kind of found ourselves clinging to Sherlock for comfort, & I’m terrified that everyone’s right. I don’t think this community has ever considered how traumatic & triggering infant death can be on people like her & even…

3) myself. Ever time I see it mentioned in TJLC meta I get sick to my stomach & glad that she doesn’t read it. I want to be part of this community, but just about everyone in it has this inherent hated towards babies that I just can’t get behind.

4) Worst of all, I know how much it will hurt my friend if these predictions come true, & that genuinely frightens me. I know this season is suppose to be dark, but can’t we make people cry without hurting a baby or discarding it because you find… 

5) it inconvenient? I’m so sorry this got so long, but I’ve been holding this in for a long time, and it feels so good to get it out. Thank you for this blog!

Those theories are going around, for sure, and people aren’t always great about putting trigger warnings on things. I don’t have much in the way of advice because I don’t have any personal experience and I’ve never really subscribed to those theories before, but I think this is a really important perspective to share. I will say, despite what’s out in the TJLC community, none of us REALLY know what’s going to happen this series, so don’t be too dejected!

And P.S. I like babies a lot, so your story breaks my heart. I wish you and your friend the best.
