"hee?" you hummed, tracking your finger on his jaw, looking up at him. such nights like these - when after a long, tiring day you get to lay down with him and fall asleep - made you even more confident that he’s the one.

"yes, angel?" heeseung asked softly, turning his gaze to you. a sweet smile crept on your lips and he just knew you were up to something.

"do you mind if i take your last name after we get married?" you asked but continued even though his eyes widened to the size of a plate and a cute shade of pink started forming on his cheeks "i know it’s not a common thing here, in korea… but i think it’s–"

"i absolutely do not mind. in fact, i’d lie if i told you that i haven’t thought about that already" he smiled smugly but his red ears gave him away "i also thought about many other things…"

"oh?" you frowned, stopping your movements. hee just send you a sly smile, shrugging

"it’s a conversation for another day. but i totally agree with your last name idea" heeseung hummed and tucked a loose strand of your hair behind your ear.

"i’m taking your last name after we get married" you said with a serious look. his eyes sparkled and you didn’t even have time to blink before jake picked you up and started spinning. "JAKE–!"

"objection not found, your honour" he grinned and you started laughing. jake peppered your face in kisses as you giggled because of the feeling. you didn’t even realise that you were in the frame.

and not even day after you could see the clip of you two both giggling and spinning in all the video complications of "jake and y/n being adorable for 10 minutes straight" made by engenes

"can i steal something from you?" you asked, propping your head on your hands. his eyebrows rose, yet eyes looked at you with curiosity.

"tell me what and i’ll think about it" jay smiled a bit.

"your last name" you grinned and waited for something. a gasp or a blush forming on his cheeks.

nothing. he remained steady as a stone. and silent as one too.

"jay?" you giggled and he turned around, his heart beating with the speed of light.

but you noticed something… how his neck reddened.

"dumbass" you just scoffed and jay smiled underneath his breath.

"jungwon… it’s not common here to take your significant other’s surname after marriage, right?" you asked suddenly and his brows furrowed.

"no, not really. people usually stick with their own last names. why?" jungwon asked, raising the spoon to his mouth.

"i’m just thinking… and i like your last name better" you shrugged and watched him eat the food "so after we get married, i’m taking yours"

his cheeks were covered now with pink blush as he coughed, choking on the food. you wanted to help him out but he managed, shaking his head.

"sure" he said shyly, dimples showing in his cheeks because of the smile that formed on his lips. but internally, the poor boy was screaming at the top of his lungs. you like his last name better? he thinks it suits you better, too.

his eyes had a mysterious spark in them and who knows what he was thinking… well in fact, he was already imagining the very moment of your wedding. but for now it was his secret.

"really?! that’s so soooo sweet!! awww!!" niki grinned and stood behind you, placing his hands on your arms and rubbed them aggressively.

"sunoo, let me rephrase it. if i end up–" you started but niki whined

"what? why’d you change your mind?" he asked and you just rolled your eyes.

"because you act like an asshole–" you started and niki just scoffed.

"okay, whatever. my last name suits you way better than your own. no offence" niki said and quickly flicked your forehand before disappearing somewhere in the dorms again.

and when he was out of sight, he couldn’t help the grin that formed on his lips.

"whatcha thinking about in this pretty, little head of yours?" sunghoon asked and managed to get you back to the reality. you put down your book (and closed the page you read like eight times already) and fixed your pose so now you could see sunghoon, who was leaning in half-sitting, half-laying position in the bed.

"i have a... request" you hummed. he tilted his head and you could see the curiosity in his eyes.

"i'll try my best to fullfill it. what is it that you want, princess?" sunghoon sain with a smirk that was - spoiler alert - about to disappear in a moment.

"your last name. after we get married" you said seriously and watched his expression change diametrically.

his cheeks turned dark red, so did the tips of his ears. while his mouth fell ajar, sunghoon looked away.

"come here, dumbass" hoon scoffed suddenly and pulled you closer, hiding your face in the crook of his neck while his other hand snuck on your waist. you just smiled, taking it as a yes.
