I Drew This In 2020 To CelebrateTifa's Birthday! Her Holdingone Of Wedge's Catsis Still One Of My Favorite

I drew this in 2020 to celebrate Tifa's birthday! 🐈💛 Her holding one of Wedge's cats is still one of my favorite highlights from FF7R!

I repainted an old artwork from 2020 as a little warm-up while I worked on another one, and it slowly turned into this new Tifa illustration of which I'm quite proud! 😁💖

I chose to follow the Pass It On Meme chain that my sister ShimoDuck posted by drawing Furukawa Chie, one of my Hakuouki OCs! 😉

This artwork was entirely painted in MS Paint! I hadn't drawn in MS Paint since 2012 so revisiting it was both fun and nostalgic! ✍🎨

Kohana is a half-tengu (yokai with a crow-like appearance 👺) maiko from the 19th century, so I used a style similar to Japanese Ukiyo-e portraits. 🌊

Kohana's name also means "Little Flower" so I included many flowers around her, the farthest ones in black as homage to her supernatural self. You can also see the Japanese spelling of Kohana's name above my signature! 🗻🌸

I grew up near Brazil and loved to eat Maracuyá/Passion Fruit jam so, since this collab was jungle/rainforest themed, I decided to draw Bulbasaur (wearing an attire similar to that of native Ecuadorian Amazonia women) offering a delicious welcome gift to Agumon (who we know is hungry 24/7, lol!), the Japanese tourist. 😁🎁

P.S. I know Agumon's eyes doesn't have a sclera (the white part), but his expression looked so DEAD compared to Bulbasaur's when I was sketching them that I decided to take a little artistic liberty and modify them! 😂
