The Sea, The City

It's so interesting that the sea will always be meant for the shore.

But, no matter what, the sea will always try to reach the city.

To be with the one it desires, and the light of its core.

Even though, they can never meet, it's a pity.

At night, the city shines, a dim light barely reaching the shore.

The sea watches with a bittersweet sigh.

"If only it could see that my only choice is nothing more;

Than to look upon them and cry."
