As Much As I Love Shade, I Sort Of Came To Dislike Her Clothes And General Face Design. Her Eyes Are
As much as I love Shade, I sort of came to dislike her clothes and general face design. Her eyes are really small and her face doesn't resemble any previous echidnas like Knuckles or Tikal (as in the longer muzzle and pointed nose). But her armored uniform is clunky and not really visually appealing to me.
Her bracelets are way too large and the gameplay shows her creating energy blades from it similar to Sally from Archie Sonic Reboot, but I cannot see her cannon bracelets doing that. Her boots are awkward in design and not very streamlined, especially compared to her fellow characters. Her game says something about her having a "Warp Belt" but there is no belt on her character. Her body actually makes me think more of a lizard than an armor, let alone armor on an Echidna.

What does make me think of her is the Phantom Rider outfit in Sonic IDW

Armor (including shoulder padding that I weirdly like a lot), clunky but still streamlined boots, gloves that look more like gauntlets, a Belt, etc. Just make it black and red/pink themed and it would fit her quite well.
But her outfit aside, I feel that Shade would be an interesting addition to the main cast if she ever got a chance to return.

How did I not know about this?!
I admit, the first superhero I had ever really gotten behind was Batman (how original), but it was for the detective film noir with action scenes and sarcastic commentary from literally everyone. I got into Batman the Animated Series, and through that, I wanted to watch other things similar.
I hadn't been a fan of Superman for long, it was honestly because everywhere I looked he didn't have much weaknesses or compelling character due to how people seemed to write him (or he was merely a side character). He was either a god or a bland god who got taken down by the most specific of circumstances or plot devices. However, I did like how he was written in some Justice League episodes I had watched as a child.
So I decided to try and get both the Justice League/Justice League Unlimited and Superman the Animated series.
But I have never seen this series before or anywhere somehow. And I am really interested. I love the voice acting(from what clips I've seen), the art is fresh and dynamic, Clark has a real golden retriever type personality who cares about everyone and everything, I love Lois though it took me some time to get used to her new look a bit because she looks so much like Luz from Owl House (i don't mean that in a bad way), etc. Naturally I see people disliking the show merely on looks alone, but I am excited and really want to watch it! This is the first time I actually giggled, and I mean giggled, about a superhero. Let alone one I hadn't really cared to learn about. There's just something really likable about this Clark Kent and that is I think how his character is supposed to be. Diana and Bruce seem like they should be elegant but intimidating while Clark is supposed to be the friendly approachable one.
Now I just need to figure out how to watch this and how much it is...
Hey Beauceron Owners
During my searching, Birdwing Beaucerons keep popping up. They seem to be among the top rated Beauceron breeders in America. What is your experience with them?
I think my house is being cased
I live in pretty much in the middle of nowhere surrounded by forest and private properties. A partial underground house (pretty much we live in a basement) with limited windows. We live in a self made gated community of me, my parents and siblings, and an uncle. No one can get onto the property without a key. However, last night we saw a flashlight shining through a bedroom window. According to my sister who had been staying in my mother's room due to nightmares, she saw a light shine at our mother until she noticed. As soon as she turned, the light disappeared. as if the person moved their hand. This is concerning considering our bedroom windows are knee height and you have to look for them at either a crouch or an angle. Just a night or two before, I could've sworn to have seen a flashlight but I assumed I hallucinated it due to sleep deprivation or paranoia (which I suffer from). I have near crippling paranoia and anxiety when going out in town (which is why I rarely do so), but now I fear to even sleep on my own property. I never worried about buglers because of how out of the way our houses are (that and the fear of shotgun wielding rednecks that populate the area), but what if it is more than that? I don't know what to do. Our dogs don't react to our fears, but they can easily be befriended if you seem nice enough (I would think at least one of our dogs would do something considering we have four, but I guess not). Any suggestions on what we can do? (we live outside of range of most-if not all-emergency help like police, ambulances, etc.)
HELP
My sister's box turtles just came out of hibernation, but her male box turtle apparently has mouth rot. We think it is because of the fact that he refuses to eat most foods that has the vitamins they need, but we aren't sure. He has white on his beak/cheeks and we are worried about how severe it might be
We are taking him to the vet soon, but we don't know what to do. Please any ideas!
I don't know what "True Crime" really is or what it is as a Podcast genre (I don't listen to podcasts). But I have always been into crime, horror, gore, mystery, etc. genre. Whether it be based on real events, speaking about real events, or fictional. I believe that this has probably taken my hereditary paranoia (my dad, my paternal grandparents, my maternal uncle, etc. all have rather extreme paranoia) and made it worse. I accidentally watched a video about how white females take safety in "True Crime" due to how it often revolves around white female victims. I have had this interest since I was 5 and watched NCIS autopsy scene without any of the adults noticing in the living room. Does "True Crime" really a part of my interests? I look it up but it only gives me basic info that really doesn't tell me much about cultural applications. What is it really about.
