The folks went to a 50s Theme party tonight. I... sprawled on the couch and watched a ton of Degrassi.

Went around today, picking up a few essentials for my next project. Forgot the eggs, so I won't be able to start until some time tomorrow evening, which means I probably won't be finished until Wednesday. If the recipe is good, I'll pass it on.

I don't remember what was on the TV during this shot, Law and Order UK perhaps? All I remember is the Lady was trying very hard to stay awake and finish watching. That didn't quite work out.

Waiting for the new Panic! at the Disco record to go on pre-order sale, killin time by bothering Lullabelle and worrying about my meeting with The School tomorrow. Not a very efficient way to pass the time, I must say.
Note To Self: Project's already starting to get a little photo-heavy... should probably take a few minutes this week and plan out some other things.

I just want to acknowledge first that, yes, this does suck. If I were to do it again, I would do quite a few things differently. BUT! I had fun doing it and I think I will do more of them. Next time, obviously, no flash... I almost went back and started over again when I saw how icky the lighting was, but I wanted to just go through with it as quickly as possible, before I lost my nerve.

My father is always trying to surprise me (even though it's well known that surprises make me uncomfortable and I've asked him repeatedly not to) so he does things like bring home blueberry pie when I was quietly intending to have an organic apple and some yogurt. Inevitably I will eat the pie, be left unsatisfied, then eat the apple and yogurt anyway. I don't even want to consider the amount of calories ingested tonight, all told.
Is it my imagination, or are some organic apples just... better than normal apples?
