A soft hum escaped your lips as you tried to help Sal, helping him out with his bloody nose. The rag in your hands getting soiled with the crimson fluids.

You didn't understand why he did it. You found it reckless, from your point of view. Angering Travis... for what? That was the question looming over your head. Weighing down your thoughts.

You took another good look at Sal's face, a soft smile tugging at your lips. You seemed content whereas Sal was sobbing.

"What's wrong?" You cooed, wiping the tears off his face while his fingers fumbled with the straps of his prosthetic. Keeping that soft smile on your face.

"It's just.... you didn't scream... or get grossed out...." He mumbled, his voice strained from all his sobbing.

"Why would I? There's nothing wrong." You tried to help him regain some self confidence back, it maybe feeble, but you couldn't stand him thinking badly about his face.

You watched the faint freckles on the bridge of his nose scrunch up alongside the rest of his remaining nose skin.

"But... look at me! My ..... my face!" His adoring blue eyes seemed ready to cry again, well, one of them since one of his eyes were glass. And the nerves around the glass eye were damaged, making that eye unable to shed tears.

"Sal, you look handsome." Your hands cupped his cheeks, thumbs rubbing both the scarred and unscarred skin. Feeling the textures under your fingertips and his tears hitting them.

"I am...?" His tone wavering. He looked vulnerable and precious with his face cupped in your hands.

"You are." A bright smile beared on his features and the saddened look faded into nothingness. He hugged and held you close. With a cheeky grin on his face he spoke,

"Hum to me again, I love your voice."

Another night.

Another sleepless night..

The motivation and guilt of getting these is getting to me. I want them done. It would bother me if they don't get finished. I reach for my can of Monster, when I heard the door behind me open. 

"Hello?" I turned to face the figure in the doorway, his golden locks shining in the light. His eye's illuminated by the night.

"Oh! Come right in, do you need something?" Could Kaminari be here for a support item? At this hour? Who am I to judge, if he is more at home coming here at this hour. That's his business, not mine. 

He came closer, sitting on a clear space on a table close to the one I was working at.

"I wanted to ask you something, if that's alright?" He asked, eyes darting around the room. Not making any eye contact with me.

"Yeah, go ahead.." I trail off. Turning my focus from him to the machine I was constructed. Consistently.

"Soo, let's say there's this girl I really like... How would I possibly ask her out?" It was clear he had strong feelings for her, his cheeks went bright red just thinking of her. 

She's someone special to him. Someone who he loves. It's clear to see.

"Just tell her that you like her, there's no harm in that. Is there?"

"Yeah your right..."Kaminari seems lost in thought, is he planning on what to say to his special someone?

"Y/n?" He called me by my first name. It was a shock for sure. "Yes?" Turing to face the blond. Diverting my attention from my machine.

"I like you!" He had blurted it out. His face went entirely red, so did mine. I could feel the heat rising on my cheeks. I walked closer to the blond boy. Closing the gap between us.

"I feel the same way, always have.." I placed my lips on his. He brought his arms around my waist, closing the space between us even more.
