Singularity, Serendipity, Euphoria, Epiphany.

The complete Love Yourself vocal line is finally here. The last one, Epiphany, really speaks to my core. I have been there, when I was helpless, unable to even realize that I deserve my own love. Seokjin’s voice is so gentle yet powerful. The lyrics of the song is a beautiful reminder. 

Love Yourself series are truly enchanting. Our journey on discovering ourselves will continue on the next album. Until then, please look forward for the rap line version. I will make them based on their trivia songs, or perhaps mixtapes. Perhaps both!

I'm nervous about the last piece of Namjoon in haute couture study. It's actually finished but I'm still quite uncertain about the whole tone and mood. I even kinda screwed up when re-editing. Thankfully I have four back up files. I'm very open to your comment and suggestion if you feel like something looks wrong or odd! I'll post it around 2-3 days from now on ♡

I have no words to express my love for these three songs of our vocal line. I literally listen to Serendipity in the morning, Euphoria when I’m surrounded by joyous feeling inside, and Singularity at night. Can’t wait to hear the one sung by Jin. First fanart in 2018. Do not repost. Thank you Namjoon for your wonderful, golden lyrics throughout the time.

BTS Deadly Sins AU (previews)

These are drawing studies, actually, as some of you can see I'm referencing their exact faces and angles from footages/photoshoots. It's for drafts only, because I'm donna redraw all of them with my style. It's safe to say that I can call these as previews, though, since I won't stray too far away from the scenes I'm already trying to portray. Of course, these are still based on the amazing fanfic "Welcome Home" by @sheepishfiction ✨

I have two Jimins because I can't choose which draft I'm going to use, but I think the one where he's laying in bed is considerably proper for his sin (which is Lust). The other illustration of Jimin though, actually connects to Jungkook's one! It's the scene where they first met at the bar. Yet, I don't think it properly showcases Jungkook's sin (Pride) as an individual illustration. I will see which part of the fic I can comfortably draw him as his sin.

I already like both drafts of Yoongi (Sloth) and Taehyung (Envy). Will still redraw them though, maybe Yoongi with a bit of slouched position on the floor with fire as his background, and Taehyung's will have a glimpse of other person beside him who managed to catch the tiger plushies while he couldn't.

Hoseok! Gosh I love him the most in the fic, his sin (Anger) suits him so much, which is why I will work hard on his portrayal since the scene where he snapped hard gives me thrill. I will draw more suitable expression for him, the one in the draft is so lacking. I have better ideas on my brain.

Namjoon (Greed) and Seokjin (Gluttony) are, technically, finished, but I want to polish their drawings so it suits my real style. Nothing much will change for these two, unlike others.

That's it for my update. Life's been rough and surprising, and I was sick for half a year, but I managed to catch my muses again! Miss you guys. Will update again later! I wish us all good times in life ❤

01. Kim Namjoon as Marlon Luiz Teixeira

The real model is Marlon Teixeira (original photo attached), wearing Louis Vuiton and Vitorino Campos. Photographed by Eduardo Rezende and styled by Luis Fiod for Issue Man magazine.

The first name that I thought of when seeing sir Marlon in the original picture was "Namjoon, Namjoon, Namjoon" and I can't help but drawing him. Marlon Teixeira is just visually amazing, and sir Eduardo captured him so well my mouth is gaping everytime I see the picture. I wish I can style myself they way sir Luis styles the models.

Coincidentally, I kinda improved my shading technique on drawing clothes. However I'm still dumb at shading human in this almost realistic drawing style (which doesn't suit me, but I still enjoy the process of going out of my comfort zone.)

I broke my own promise to post this sooner because I was tired of working from one city to another. I am also easily feverish because of the drastic temperatures of each places I visited. Now I have fully recovered and able to make finishing touch to this piece.
