Lizzie called, bursting through fields of shades in Asphodel, Pearl - The Queen of the underworld - walking behind her. "Patience and peace, girl, while we find your love- ah, there he is. Now, little musician, you must walk out of here the way you came, with him behind you. If you look back, your quest fails, and he comes back down." Pearl said, no remorse in her voice. "Of course, lady Pearl. I-" Her voice faltered, doubt creeping in. "I won't look back." "If you want your love back, then you better not." -~- And so began Lizzie's journey back up to the surface, singing under her breath. Realistically, she knew Ren was behind her. And the surface was right there. But doubt came creeping in. "What if all of this was a trick by lady Pearl? What if he isn't there?" She muttered to herself. She couldn't take it anymore. She looked back. And there stood her Ren, her dear Ren. Almost fully formed, looking at her. He reached out, and so did she, and they grasped hands before the Underworld claimed what had always belonged to it. "...Ren." haha sorry I angsteded you a bit there :D!! hope this was enjoyable (I hope you cried /j)
