The fledglings have all flown long ago.

This little house will be empty till spring.

Except maybe for the frogs.

Inspiration can come from very odd places.

Found a bird's nest under the fig trees this morning. Looks like maybe a mockingbird nest. The fledglings have all flown weeks ago.
