Summary: Your big brother finds out about your relationship to Max

You and Max where dating since almost half a year. You decided to keep it a secret, due to it being the 80’s and you also having homophobic parents. Meaning your relationship was hidden behind the terms of best friends. Friends going for the movies, friends having sleepovers, friends occasionally holding hands, friends who definitely looked at each other, with a little to much adoration.

You envied you brother for being able to do all those things with his dates and actually being able to call them that. No one would look at him as if it was weird. No one would question it, dismissing it as teens doing what teens do. But you couldn’t so, you had to sneak around. Meeting up with max in the bathroom, between class, to do something as simple as share a kiss or two.

As mentioned the two of you had regular sleep overs. Your parents went on a trip for the weekend and Steve had to work.

You made pasta with Max and ended up on the couch cuddling, while she read one of her many comic books to you. Dozing off you listened to her calm heartbeat.

Just to be soon woken up by the loud sound of the front door falling shut. As the information sunk in you jumped up the couch, being scared your parents would come home early. But before you stood a confused looking Steve. “Man, Steve you scared me to death!” His looked keeper wavering between you and your girlfriend. “What’s going on here?” You gulped, a hundred thoughts where running through your mind. “Stop biting you lip, it looks ugly and don’t panic, whatever this, is I’m ok with it. Well as far as I’m being ok of you having anything with anyone.” You sat back down on the couch, while Max got up from her lying position and settled next to you. Steve sat in an armchair across from the two of you.

“What is this?” Was his first question while gesturing between the two off you. Max took your hand in hers, “We are dating.” Your brothers eyebrows peaked up while he gave a nod, “Since when?” “Half a year,… in two weeks.” Now he looked surprised “How did you keep this so long from me?!” “Well I’m smart and wanted to keep it secret and your an idiot.” Fake laughing, he showed his annoyance to you. “Are you mad at me?” Steve shook his head got up from his seat and brought you into a hug. Tears welled up in your eyes and you let out a deep breath “I’m not mad about you liking girls. But why Max?” He had a painful expression on his face to which Max hit his arm. “Look, she’s always mean to me!” You couldn’t do anything but laugh, as the two of them started bickering as always.

The door slowly opened, after you’d knocked the second time, reviling your half naked boyfriend with nearly completely closed eyes. “Y/n? What are you doing here?“ He whispered. To not make any more noise, you got inside his room, kissed him on the cheek and walked to the little refrigerator in the right corner. “It’s nice seeing you two Toshi, do you have snacks here?“ The confusions written on his face “Just protein Bars. Love what’s going on?“ Groaning you fell onto his still warm bed, “was watching a movie but had no snacks and than I thought you might have some but clearly you don’t. Also I missed you and I think it’s unfair that you look so good when you were just sleeping but that’s a different theme.“ A low chuckle came from him when he walked over to you. “Missed you too darling.“ He lowered his head to give you a small kiss, “You wanna go out to get you some food?“ “We can’t just go out it’s forbidden.“ You noted while playfully hitting his stomach. “Yeah but I don’t want my girl to starve.“ He took your hand and intertwined his fingers with yours. “Oh I didn’t know my boyfriend was a rebel.“ A giggle coming from you. He scoffed smiling “For you? Always.“ Ten minutes later you had one of his Hoody’s on while he carried you to the nearest grocery store.

Kissing her neck, she let out a slow and shaky breath. “As much as i love this, you still can’t stay darling.”

“Ok but we’ll continue, just where we stopped, tomorrow.” You sat up. “We’re meeting Steve tomorrow, you remember? Movie night.” She laughed at your disappointed face. “The Harrington boy is stealing my time with you.” “You have nothing worry about, I’m not going anywhere. We have all the time there is.” “I sure hope so.” Giggling she pushed some hair out of your face, placing her hand on your cheek. Bringing your faces together you shared another kiss, biting on your lower lip Robin tried to deepen the kiss “Don’t start something you can’t finish Love”

You stood up from her bed and slipped on your shoes. Giving her one last kiss at the front door before you got out “I’ll call you when I’m home.”

it’s autumn, which means watching comfort movies/shows all day and spending to much time inserting yourself into the story’s so…. here we go

Her body was pressed against your own, capturing you between her and the wooden wall of the Slytherin girls dorm. Your hands being tangled in her dark hair you deepened the kiss. Her fumbling with the buttons of your shirt while sloppily traveling over your jaw and down your neck with kisses, leaving marks along the way. Your head was empty as it was falling back against the wall, desperate whimpers escaping your lips. Your shirt was falling to the ground while she looked at you with adoration “oh y/n,” she whispered and kissing you for the hundredth time biting down your on bottom lip. Pushing yourself of the wall you stumbled to her bed together, almost tripping over some books lying on the floor. Next you pushed her onto the bed while taking a seat on her lap.

“Jesus Pansy how much noise can someone make? Matteo had told everyone in the common room to get lost making sure no one would be disturbing them. My parents would be furious, you know how they are…” “Oh sweetie, we love you regardless of who you date.” with teary eyes Daphne hugged Pansy tightly. “And we’d never tell on you man, we’re family.” Theo said while bringing him and Draco into the hug. “You’re one of us now” Matteo joked, while shoving you into the hug.

- you weren’t exactly friends in high school but you knew one another cause you were in the same year

- one day you two had to do a biology project together in which you had to collect some stuff in the woods (lichen or sth idk) and document it

- and you both were skeptical at first only knowing rumors about each other

How you became friends:

- while you were doing the project you got to talk a little and had actually quite some fun making photos of plants and shit

- the next time you meet at his place to write down the required information for the project

- as you did so you ordered pizza (cause who doesn’t like pizza?) and got to talk some more

- afterwards you both realized that you got quite comfortable with each other, being able to talk and laugh about basically everything

- the both of you started meeting up a lot more and he became your save haven, a person who you could share everything with and you too became is favorite person to spend his time with

- you got so comfortable with him that you decided to reveal your secret to him “Not that it is important or anything, but I think you should know and I also trust you so I wanna share this with you, I’m (insert sexuality)” you were definitely really nervous

- but no need to worry Steve got you, he probably asked some questions to understand better what you mean by it but over all 10/10 reaction

- “It doesn’t matter to me, your just the same as before. But thanks for trusting me.” He genuinely didn’t care who you liked he kind of has this ‘love is love’ and ‘you do you’ mentality

Meeting the others:

- being Steve’s best friend means meeting the party and his other friends

- they loved you and thought you were super cool

- you easily became friends with them (especially Max idk why but the bickering between her and Steve is way to funny to miss)

- being friends with them meant you got involved in the whole ‘up side down’ and monster shit which first was overwhelming but if you overlook the dangers it’s quite fun

- Steve always tries to protect you (even if you don’t want or needed it)

- that contains him always staying by your side, keeping an eye on you and trying to make you stay out of conflicts

- like he would jump in front of you and would kill for you (without thinking) if it meant keeping you save

If you had a problem (example getting outet):

- he would also protect you like that if your secret would get published

- Steve would punch everyone who looked at you wrong or was talking shit about you immediately

- he would definitely be threatening people and getting into fist fights

- but apart from that he would also be there for you of course

- he’d listen to all your worry’s and would let you cry on his shoulder or rant the whole night agreeing to everything your saying

- he 100% would buy you food and take you out for movies (or watch them at his place if you wanted to stay in)

- if you’d get kicked out he’d without a doubt let you stay at his place for as long as you needed

- over all I think it got clear that he would be an amazing 100/10 best friend hahha
