110% agree. Give my boy like maybe 3 lines! Especially if you’re going out the way for other characters to have voices, it makes link seem weird.

I read a post earlier about not enjoying fanfics where Link speaks and I assume this person is a life long fan of the series as it's something I've noticed with people who have played the series since childhood (which is fine! I'm just observing, not attacking). But let me raise to you my perspective and see if anyone relates. BOTW is the first LOZ game I ever played and when I first started I could not figure out why everyone spoke except him and it kind of bugged me until I took a deep dive into the Zelink Fandom and figured it all out. But I do see so many people that would never want Link to speak. SO, out of curiosity, is there anyone like me? I'm okay with him forever remaining silent but because I'm newer to the series it wouldn't bother me to hear him speak and fanfictions give me something I felt was missing from the game. 🤔
