I've always been obsessed with grids. Not long ago I saw a brilliant exhibition at the Kunstmuseum Stuttgart called "Tracing the grid." There was an exceptional work there by Max H. Mahlmann that inspired me to start experimenting with grids based on the Fibonacci numbers within a page broken up into a standard kind of comic panel arrangement. The scan here is a bit shit but hopefully you can get the feel of what I'm trying to do.
