Ok so my cat Belle is 14 year old, she's also very much obese but a lot of old cats are fat like that so that hasn't been a big concern, she keeps pissing on my bed and I don't understand why. I can't take her to a vet myself cause I don't own a car and I live in the country, I have to try and get my dad to but he won't cause he "doesn't have time". It's stupid and I'm trying.

Anyway my cat has multiple problems, she's got purple lumps on all her nipples. I'm not talking small lumps either, it's like a couple of golf balls, she's had these for years but it has never caused her pain, we honestly just thought for a while it was cause she's fat but now we're starting to realize it's not.

On top of all that, she's so big she cannot properly clean herself, we have tried getting her to lose weight but nothing works, now with these lumps adding to it she has problems cleaning herself so every now and then we have to go in and clean her ourselves.

Anyway, at the moment I just want to know why the fuck she's pissing on my bed and the couches all the time. Why is she doing this? I don't understand. That's like a conscious choice she is making to get up and go piss on our furniture instead of her litter box. I've had to clean my bed and remake it three times within the past four days. And for the couch? We have done all we can to clean it and every time we do she just goes and does it again, we don't understand why.

Is it out of spite? Its not cause she can't control it, she's not having bladder leaks. She's consciously doing this. Why???

Honestly I think she's sick and dying so if she is, should we just take her to the vet and get her put down? She's not in any visible physical pain as far as I'm aware. I don't know for certain though.
