This is my character concept design for my Hybrid animation project.

Smarter Travel

First scene ( Limerick Map)

1- I draw the map in Toonboom and export it as movie file but here I am showing an image of it. 2- I did Limerick text in copper style in Photoshop and draw the decorative floral miniature illustrations inspired by the illuminated manuscript. 3- I edited both map and text in after effects and, export it to use it in my final work. Timing will be changed in the final editing. I will be posting the video next.

Aaron Blaise 'Animal drawing & painting workshop' 23rd April 2019

Today I & @samanthaokeeffek00203399 attended this workshop in Dublin, it was a great time and we learned a lot of steps in how to draw and understand the animals anatomy.  

I totally encourage people to do it if they will repeat it again next year in Ireland.

Here are some pictures from what we were learning. The first one is unfinished drawing of a lion I did in the workshop. It was so nice to get a lovely sketch from Aaron Blaise in my sketchbook too :) He is such a nice and kind artist. The Animation Skillnet team did a great job for organizing this workshop.

Contextual Research 

For my project I did some research to see the different body movement for the eagle as I choose to do an eagle for my character design. To see the movement of the wings, tail, head and body. 

Hybrid Animation Brief ‘Moodboard’

This is a new brief we got at college. It is to combine 2 pieces of animation 3D and 2D. This is my first moodborad that I did as starting the brief but I did some little changes later on with my storyboard and moodboard too with my main character but the style and background is the same.
