Munday is here! Haven’t done one of these for a while but I promised a new hair job and it’s all done! The new colour looks a lot better irl than it does in my crappy phone picture. 🥲

Dwight slides over a nicely packaged box. Inside it’s brownies decorated with pink and red sprinkles to fit the theme of Valentine. “Happy Valentine’s Day!”

Roman eyed the box suspiciously. Dwight didn't seem like the type who'd work in secret for Cobblepot or Scarface but he wasn't accustomed to Valentine's Day gifts from other men. A sweet smell rose from the nicely-packaged box and curiousity overrides suspicion, Roman opening the box to see homemade brownies. The pink and red sprinkles added that seasonal touch, adding a splash of colour to wholesome brown and though the criminal didn't have much of a sweet tooth, he nonetheless picks one up, taking a bite out of it. It's pretty good, even he had to admit. It wasn't overly dry or chewy, the sprinkles adding a satisfying crunch. "Ain't really my kind of holiday but these are pretty good. You made them yourself?" Roman asks while pulling out two shot glasses and a bottle of whiskey. He didn't have any gifts for Dwight but he figured he could at least give the other man a drink.

Breaking Point

They've been through so much, the one you love. They have suffered, and endured, and gone through hell and back. Maybe they've come close to breaking, maybe they've danced on the edge of sanity. But you've always been there to pull them back before they go too far. Alas, blood stains their hands as they put pressure on your wounds, the life fading from your eyes. Even now, even in this moment, you offer them whatever comfort you can. You're so proud of them, you love them so much. You know that they can get through this. Nothing could ever convince you otherwise. And yet, as your heart stops, their world shatters. You were the only thing that they could not afford to lose, and now their only goal is vengeance. Once they achieve that? Chaos will do.
