Whats your favorite jrwi campaign(s)? Its a really hard choice, but I love Riptide and Prime Defenders so so much (I have watched every campaign!)

ooooo it's so hard to choose honestly, because i love different aspects of the different campaigns. maybe it's recency bias but i really enjoyed the suckening. i think the soundtrack added so much to the storytelling and i was just completely immersed in it whenever i was watching. i love prime defenders so much too! but i haven't finished it yet

i think i need to relisten to blood in the bayou one of these days. it was the first patreon campaign i listened to, and i feel like i wasn't as well-versed in ttrpgs back then, so now i can appreciate and understand things a lot better

i have a canon-divergent fic for genloss sitting in my drafts that's not really fleshed out, so i'm just wondering what if charlie and sneeg somehow survived and managed to get ranboo out before the box closes? they escape and go on the run from showfall and what not.

showfall uses propaganda to turn the public against them (because clearly showfall has some sort of hold over the society, that's my headcanon). i had ideas for other characters like niki managing to fake her death and finding them and helping them, or rae and sykkuno appearing to help them only to betray them as sleeper agents because the brainwashing by showfall was too strong.

but after the founder's cut and the blueprints for the mind control devices came out, i'm just wondering how this could play out differently. sneeg could ditch the hat so easily. they might be able to remove ranboo's mask, or at least find a way to deactivate it.

charlie though? oh, charlie, poor charlie who had the modules surgically attached to his brain. who wouldn't be able to see without his glasses. if they didn't figure it out, showfall would use it against them, activating and taking control of charlie at the worst moments possible.

maybe sneeg and ranboo would fight for charlie, because it's not charlie's fault. but it's kind of hard to trust somebody who could betray you in a snap of their finger
