Mega Tentacruel is based on Sea Wasp jellyfish. The coloring of the soft spots on their head are based on the games they first appear in Red,Green & Yellow. The jewel on its front blue stinger is a pearl just because.

Mega Tentacruel's soft spots on its head act as lamps in very deep oceans,allowing them to see their surroundings. One small poke from their sharp tentacles can send an adult to the hospital.

Joltik & Galvantula were big targets by many galarian pokemon especially the Galarian Spinarak & Ariados family. They became Psychic overtime from focusing on predicting their opponents movements and can predict moves before their even made. The hour glass on Galvantula's head is its life count. You know when its lifecycle is ending when it starts becoming empty.

I based these off brown recluse aka "violin" spiders.

Spinarak & Ariados were imported from Johto to Galar as their silks are thicker than other spider pokemon and are used to make many instruments. While hanging around theatres and music stores they develop the taste for music themselves. When they rub their front legs together it plays a very soothing melody with practice.
