Food Or Culinary Interests (Natal Chart)
Food or Culinary Interests (Natal Chart)
There are several astrological indicators that can suggest an interest in food or culinary talent in a natal chart, such as :

Venus in Taurus or in the 2nd house: Venus is the planet of pleasure and enjoyment, and Taurus is associated with the senses, including taste and smell. When Venus is in Taurus or in the 2nd house (the natural house of Taurus), it can indicate a strong appreciation for good food and a desire to indulge in culinary delights.
Moon in Cancer or in the 4th house: The Moon is associated with our emotions and our sense of comfort and nurturing, while Cancer is associated with the home and domesticity. When the Moon is in Cancer or in the 4th house (the natural house of Cancer), it can indicate a strong emotional connection to food and a desire to nurture others through cooking and providing meals.
Jupiter in the 2nd or 6th house: Jupiter is associated with abundance, growth, and expansion, and it can bring luck and success to whatever it touches. When Jupiter is in the 2nd or 6th house, it can indicate a talent for cooking and a desire to share one's culinary skills with others.
Strong aspects between Venus and Mars: Venus and Mars are the planets of love and desire, and when they are in harmonious aspect (such as a trine or sextile), it can indicate a strong passion for cooking and a desire to create delicious meals for loved ones.
A prominent or well-aspected Neptune: Neptune is associated with imagination, creativity, and inspiration, and it can bring a dreamy, artistic quality to whatever it touches. When Neptune is prominent in a chart (such as in the 1st or 10th house), or in positive aspect to personal planets (such as the Sun, Moon, or Venus), it can indicate a talent for cooking and a desire to experiment with flavors and ingredients to create unique and imaginative dishes.

In terms of houses, the 2nd, 4th and the 6th houses are associated with food and cuisine in astrology, but for different reasons :
The 2nd house is the natural house of Taurus, which is associated with the senses, including taste and smell. The 2nd house is also associated with personal resources, including money and possessions, as well as values and self-worth. This makes the 2nd house a natural fit for food and cuisine, as it governs our relationship to resources and the things we value.
In particular, the 2nd house is associated with our personal relationship to food, such as our taste preferences and dietary habits. It can also indicate our relationship to money and how we choose to spend it on food and dining experiences. A well-aspected 2nd house can indicate an appreciation for good food and a desire to indulge in culinary delights.
The 6th house, on the other hand, is associated with health, wellness, and service to others. It is the natural house of Virgo, which is associated with the digestive system and the pursuit of perfection. The 6th house governs our daily routine, including our work, diet, exercise, and self-care.
In terms of food and cuisine, the 6th house is associated with the practical aspects of cooking and preparing food, such as meal planning, grocery shopping, and food preparation. It also governs our relationship to food in terms of health and wellness, and can indicate our dietary habits and preferences based on our physical needs.

Last but not least, the 4th house in astrology is associated with home, family, and the domestic sphere. It is also associated with our roots, ancestry, and heritage. Because of these associations, the 4th house can be related to food and cuisine.
In many cultures, food and cooking are a fundamental part of family life and domestic traditions. The 4th house represents the traditions and customs that are passed down through generations, including recipes and cooking techniques. In this way, the 4th house can indicate our culinary heritage and the foods we grew up eating and preparing in our childhood home.
The 4th house can also represent our emotional relationship to food. Comfort foods and dishes that remind us of home and family are often associated with the 4th house. Additionally, the 4th house can indicate our relationship to food in terms of nurturing and providing for others, as the home and family are often seen as the primary sources of emotional support.

Overall, the 2nd, 4th and 6th houses are associated with food and cuisine in different ways, but they share a common thread in terms of our emotional and cultural connections to food and cooking. It can also indicate our culinary heritage, our emotional attachment to food, and our relationship to food as a means of providing comfort and nurturing for ourselves and others.
Stay tune for more astro posts...

♥ Astro Observations Because I Finally Got a New Job ♥

・❥・I have found that people with a mixture of earth and air gravitate towards video games with a personal/deeper meaning and the ability to control and customize. (Exp. The Sims, RPGs, Life is Strange and other interactive/decision based games.)
・❥・Moon Square Mercury would ask and say what everyone is thinking but afraid to do so
・❥・I have read that planets in the 0 degree of a sign are the personification of said sign but I have to disagree. A planet at such degree acts as two different signs, especially in terms of aspects. For example, someone has a Scorpio Sun and a Sagittarius Venus and a Mars in Taurus 0 degree. The Mars can be in opposition to the Sun and also in Trine with Venus, acting as both Aries and Taurus.
・❥・ Because of that, I believe people who have placements at a 0 degree in a sign have the sign prior acting as a “shadow” or rather a preface. I have a friend that has a Cap moon in that degree and he act initially as a Sag moon but the more you get to know him the Cap moon layers start to show.
・❥・North Node aspect (especially harsh) MC are true fighters. They’re like a gladiator, spending their life fighting battle after battle, facing one problem after the other. Please don’t give up! Your purpose in life is to pave the way and fight for a bigger purpose. You got it babes.
・❥・Jupiter return is underrated. It resembles your expansion and growth into the next stage of life, your breakthrough that proceeds your Saturn return. It is the time you have to finally learn the lessons of life, make things right, putting things into perspective, grow smarter and wiser before your Saturn knocks on the door.
・❥・Fixed risings looking at people like this:

・❥・People with Chiron Conjunct Uranus/Pluto or in the 8th house/10th house/11th house will heal and transform by helping others heal and transform.
・❥・The Water Mars motto is “Catch feelings and throw hands”. The definition of a lover and a fighter.
・❥・I have noticed that Leos don’t like other Leos and Cancers don’t like other Cancers.
・❥・Although Air signs are associated with being progressive and Earth signs are associated with being Traditional (Referring specifically to Sun and Moon), I have known and seen far more Earth signs being progressive, open and actively seek out ways to give back to their community. Air Suns and Moons, not so as much. They have a more self focused sense of support, as they mainly align with groups/parties/individuals that they share a similar background or current status with. (I know not everyone but I am just saying).
・❥・Not a new one, but people fit the “stereotype” of their Moon signs over the Sun. (Considering that their Sun sign isn’t in other personal planets)
・❥・I never understood the sexualizing of Scorpio and Scorpio placements. Why do they have to be some quiet mysterious nerd by day and a dark leather edge master in an underground sex dungeon by night.
・❥・ A highly aspected Moon/ the Moon being the most aspected in the chart is an indication of a very emotional and sensitive person (Whether they show it or not).
That’s it. Thank you, BYYEEEEEEE!!!

Magic For The Disabled
A few things that I do when I’m at my lowest. Made specifically for disabled people, but anyone can do these! See this post for low energy witchcraft ideas not directly related to disabilities.
Enchant your blanket for a good night’s rest
Enchant your coffee/juice/water/NyQuil/whatever you’re drinking to aid in recovery
Enchant food to aid in recovery
Place sigils around to aid in recovery, memory, etc.
Keep relaxing herbs/stones/etc. around
Cast a sleep aid spell (I have a bag with lavender and amethyst hanging on a bedpost)
Cast a recovery spell (I have another bag with a variety of protection and rest herbs and crystals)
Enchant fidgets or objects used to stim to calm you and to never break
Use energy magic instead of physical spells.
Use art/writing/etc. magic! Draw sigils, deities, write spells, recipes, shopping lists, etc.
Stir and infuse good energy/banishing into teas or coffees.
Keep some supplies nearby (i.e. tea lights, a lighter, grimoire, oils, etc.).
Use showers, washing of face/hands, etc. for cleansing.
Brush out the bad energy when brushing your hair.
Ward health aids or mobility aids against breaking and bless them to work quickly and well.
Use apps or websites for sigils, spells, etc. (VirtualCandleSpell for digital candle spells, Craiyon for sigils).
Keep room sprays near you and bless them to serve a certain purpose.
Make emoji/song spells! Use corresponding emojis and charge them with intent. Use corresponding songs, put them on a playlist, charge them, and listen to it whenever you want to cast it.
Use makeup/skincare as glamours.
Use sunscreen as protection!
Use wax warmers and melts instead of candles.
Use oils in diffusers instead of candles or incense.
Enchant anything you use daily.
SHORT ASTROLOGY OBSERVATIONS
Note: I like to preface (albeit quite late) that I will not respond to comments, asks/inboxes until I feel like it. On the other hand, there are times when I may post excessively. I’m trying to break my social media addiction😅. As per usual take what resonates and leave what doesn’t.

🖤Taurus mars are so freaking sensual, it’s insane. The way how they’re so synced (for lack of better term) with their body and the messages, feelings, cravings, etc. Not only that, since Taurus is a fixed sign, I like to think that they develop the relationship with their body more thoroughly and it will be hard for anyone to change their mind.
Come to think of it, fixed sign placements really do exert this air of independence because their value system is something they cherish with their soul.
🖤 Virgo suns are just aries that think before they speak, Taurus suns are basically sagittarius suns since they never gaf about almost anything, and Capricorn suns are just libras that is just grounded and really takes their time.
🖤I think that Capricorn Venus goes well with Scorpio and Leo Venuses. From my knowledge, Capricorn venuses will put in the work if they genuinely see a future with you. They may not be vocally expressive of their affection, but they surely will show it, mostly through acts of service, quality time, etc. (Basically every other love language except words of affirmation??). With Scorpio and Leo venuses, they are pretty much the same. They both love to serve their partner with a great desire to do so. However, this is also only when they also see a future with you. All three signs are dedicated to their lovers. They may show it in different ways, but they all will be the type to be severely heartbroken if the relationship they’re in suffers.
🖤No one really talks about how saturn in the 6th house in Aries can be interpreted as your health deteriorating because you fail to initiate boundaries. The 6th house is the natural house of Virgo, a sign that likes to give. So keeping that in mind, Saturn in the 6th house as Aries can be interpreted as a placement that tends to *overgive* and that can, in turn, take a toll on your mental and physical health. This can also signify a codependency. Aries is naturally equated to independence, so saturn restricting the qualities of that sign along with being in the 6th house, can also create codependent tendencies.
🖤 When someone has all three modalities in their big 3, you can really see the different aspects of a person. I have a friend who is a Gemini sun, Scorpio moon, and Cancer ascendant. She knows how to appeal to many types of people, expressing the mutable modality. Her fixed moon allows her to be stable, so you never really see her suffer emotionally or feel anything. With her cancer ascendant, this also talks about appealing to people..like she has this inviting energy and it kind of inspires people to take an approach to her! Definitely multifaceted (Sorry this is a bad explanation😭).
🖤Mercury aspecting any planet (especially inner planets) can add an erratic youthfulness or organized youthfulness. Remember, the rulers of mercury is Gemini and Virgo. This can be definitely emphasized if mercury or any other planet is in Gemini/Virgo, or they’re at those degrees.
🖤I had seen a post that said Aquarius ascendants have nothing compared to Uranus-ascendant conjunction. i find it interesting, honestly. Aquarius ascendants will have something physically different about them, while Uranus-ascendant has this uranian aura to them. It’s like their energy is actually “outta this world.” I like to think of some type of scenario where someone can’t quite put their finger on why they feel such a way towards a person who has this aspect. This can provide the native with refreshing energy because it’s something that people never really experienced and never really forget when it becomes a memory.
🖤 I don’t know if R&B is still listened to as much as pop music, but I would genuinely listen to the song “Lonely” by Glenn Lewis. This is specifically for my Saturn and Pluto dominants. (Scorpio, Capricorn/Libra/Aquarius dominants can also resonate with this.) The lyrics really describe how it’s like when someone who did a pluto/saturn dominant dirty and they try and come back. I know I keep saying it and I will continue to say it: Karma does NOT play around when it comes to these dominants. She understands that they are here clear up their debt and make a life for themselves, if anyone gets in the way of that, she will f them up. Here are a few of the lyrics that personally stood out to me since I’m both lmao:
“Baby, how you been? I been doin' fine/Been takin' my time to get myself on track/Why you’d never call, you used to have my back/Whenever I fall, you we’re always there for me/Now you’re not at all so it’s been awhile/Was tryin' to figure out when it’s my turn to smile/I think that time has come be careful what you say/If it’s game you want then you know I came to play.”
“Now you say what's up/Because you know the deal/What you think I feel when I lay down at night/Because I don't have you/You think I'm not alright/I say this for myself I don't need nobody else/Before it's too late/You better think twice/Love or you can hate me all that you like…”
“Don’t think too bad of me/It’s just so sad to see you used to be proud of me/Now you're gonna be lonely/ without me as your friend/Goes around, it'll come back again/when I was your only/Now you're gonna be lonely/Now you’re alone/Now you're gonna be lonely/Now you’re alone/Now that I have gone.”
🖤I swear to god, the Pluto in Libra generation is bad…but not. I think it goes along with our last two pluto generations: Sagittarius and Capricorn. Libra is all about justice and balance, so the generation that has this placement, could possibly be very much into protesting, human rights, etc. I was researching this generation and one thing i learned was the Iranian Revolution! Happening in 1979, the citizens of Iran went through a series of events that led to the overthrow of the authoritarian government, taken after the shah of Iran, Mohammed Reza Pahlavi. On the other hand, people in this generation may have been passive towards certain issues and try to stay away/not associate themselves with it.🥴
🖤 Pluto-saturn aspects are insane. If that doesn’t scream power, control, and leader…then idk😅. Harsher aspects may have a strong urge for it, or completely deny it, while the softer aspects may not have a hard time with it.
🖤 I really wanna meet someone who is a Taurus sun/Scorpio moon/Pisces ascendant and a Taurus sun/Cancer moon/pisces ascendant. The first one is such an interesting mix because that makes the native like hyper aware with their surroundings. Very empathic vibes and prone to easily taking on other people’s feelings. Despite the sun and moon being in fixed signs, the pisces ascendant helps them open up a little easier. For the latter, that person must feel like HOME. They will know how to listen to you and can really empathize with your pain. Cancer in big three already screams ‘mom friend,’ and the taurus sun can make one quite analytical. It makes me think of mom instincts. Additionally, Pisces ascendants have gemini in their 4th house: they may not live in a typical house or it may not look like a typical house. Consider yourself lucky to experience the habitat of a pisces ascendant. Home is a mental experience.
🖤 People with moon square ascendant may not display their emotions as easily as the softer aspects. They can literally start at you like ‘😶’ and be feeling a whole wave.
🖤Mercury retrograde is kicking earth signs butts so hard right now. This mercury tribes my mars. My personal lesson that is occurring right now is to learn how to hold my peace. I have been feeling tried and tested especially when the shadow period started. I told off some people but like I said, my lesson is to learn what to use my voice on. Additionally, it opposes my venus and trines my chiron. Definitely some time to chill out haha.
🖤Pluto in Aquarius is already striking. In my hometown the bus system is going to go on strike by randomly stopping service and not going to their jobs. The reason for this strike is for better pay and benefits. Apparently the bus system has complaints that they haven’t been paid enough or just they get treated like 💩. Striking and protesting sounds very much Aquarian in nature, so that’s one thing. Pluto also rules extremes, so by taking this strike, they will let people find their own modes of transportation until they get what they want.
🖤 I am watching a documentary on black holes and I forgot that the black hole in our milky way universe is Sagittarius A* (star). I think it makes sense considering that Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter, and Jupiter rules expansion. Black holes also expand (their singularity—the part of the black hole where everything is compressed to an infinitely small point and there are no concepts of time and space.)
Alright, I think this is enough. This is definitely not short😂. But enjoy!
Witch Safety Tip:
Don't burn cinnamon or cassia. I know it smells delicious. I know it has the cleansing power we all dream of. But cinnamon is a SEVERE respiratory irritant. Even if your lungs are healthy, it can cause lung scarring. If your lungs are less than flawless? Disaster.
That includes cinnamon oil.
Cinnamon scented candles are fine, because they're stabilized.
Heating cinnamon or cinnamon oil up is fine.
Just don't burn it.
Bonus Tip: don't put cinnamon on your skin. ESPECIALLY NOT CINNAMON OIL. We use cinnamon oil to strip varnish from furniture. Back in ye olde days of the 2010s, people mixed cinnamon powder with water to give themselves a facial peel. They peeled their flesh right off! Cinnamon can give you third degree chemical burns.
Astro Observations - Placements I Adore

The pictures used are not mine
Sagittarius placements - I have to admit I have a soft spot for all the mutable placements out there, but Sag... especially Moon and/or Mercury/Mars... y'all are insanely intuitive (big plus if you ask me), courageous, open minded (unless the native is unevolved and choosing the "I'm the only one who knows the truth so let me impose it on you" path), and just generally such a great vibe. I've always strugged to put my admiration for this energy into words because it's just... so great ugh
1st/7th/10th/11th house Venus - these people are generally so well-liked it's crazy. They have just the right type of natural charm about them that draws people in, and I'm here for it. They're charismatic, generally social and outgoing, and perceived in such a romantic light by the public.
Taurus and Leo placements - if you have both Taurus and Leo placements in your chart you've won the astrological lottery as long as I'm concerned. These two signs are each the culmination of something special - for Taurus, it's good taste, appreciation of nature, and food, animal love, fragrances. For Leo, it's creativity, joy, life, loyalty, and general warm infatuation with life - does this make sense to anybody else?
1st/4th/7th/10th house Mars or Saturn - Yes this energy isn't easy and needs a lot of attention and mastering from the native, so seeing it in full force, especially in someone who fully mastered it, is rare. BUT! An angular Mars or Saturn is so powerful and incredibly fascinating to observe. Tapping into this energy, if you happen to have it in your birth chart, is a game changer.
8th house Venus or Jupiter - They attract support and help with such ease. They get whatever they wish for. Others will easily show up for them whenever they need and they easily benefit from the people in their life (not in a manipulating type of way).
12th house Moon - another tough placement, however - once the native gets in touch with this energy and learns to use it for their benefit and spiritual growth, there's no stopping them. Possibly the most intuitive, spiritual, healing placement I have ever observed. They're in touch with their subconscious which makes any type of work on themselves much smoother.
Gemini placements - if you actually believe Geminis to be two-faced, you don't know what you're missing out on. The chameleons of the zodiac, these placements can talk their way out or into pretty much anything. They'll mirror your own energy back to you so maybe if you can't stand them it's time to do some inner work.
Prominent Neptune - dreamy, ethereal, spiritual, intuitive, poetic, and artistic - what more can I say?
Cancer Mercury - They'll intuitively know what you need and show up for you. They'll also destroy your life and burn your house to the ground if you cross them. Love that for them.
Virgo Sun - Virgos are underrated. I'm tired of all the neat-freak stereotypes, they carry such strong intellectual energy. They can easily get on top of most situations by simply following their instincts. They'll give you awesome advice based on the many rabbit holes they've gone through in the past five days online. They'll be there for you when you need them. Also, there's a strong sexual energy here I rarely see anyone talk about, so I could make a post about it if anyone's interested.
