did someone already talked about Niko's attire in ep8? White Kimono is meant to be worn by a deceased person. It's a old traditional thing, not a strict obligation, but some people feel uncomfortable when someone (living) wore a white kimono, it felt like bad omen, like they'll gonna die soon.

also many of ghosts from old tales described wearing a white kimono.

so when she sacrificed herself for her friend, I was shocked, but kind of the way "I knew it will gonna happen" feeling.

I read some of interview of costume designer, but they only said they choose white bc they run out of color. I think it would be great if that was kind of metaphor for her fate. I'm not sure though. I love her costume anyway. we need costume department tour.

I really want to see the Cat King dressed as an Edwardian gentleman so I wrote a short one. sorry for my poor English!

Everyone looked at Edwin. Charles and Crystal perched at the desk, as Edwin faced an unexpected visitor in the middle of their office.

"Outdated? Who's wearing outdated school uniform for decades? Not that I don't like it." The Cat King replied.

He stood tall before Edwin, too proudly, in an outfit that made Edwin freeze in disbelief.

"I have no problem with that. No one can see us except ghosts." Edwin said.

"So why are you making such a fuss? They only see me, and I'm perfectly fine being watched."

The Cat King made an elegant gesture to show himself. He was wearing a black frock coat and a top hat, a cane in his hand.

"He has a point," Charles chimed in. "No one can see you, Edwin."

"Charles? You're supposed to be on my side!" Edwin accused him in disbelief.

The Cat King pointed at Charles, looking pleased.

"Crystal! Help me out!" Edwin pleaded.

"Yeah. he's insane." She was busy with her fingernails. "Honestly, who cares? Just get on with it."

The Cat King laughed at her honesty, and turned towards the door. Edwin looked at his friends hoping for help, but Charles just shrugged.

"Come on, Edwin. A gentleman shouldn't keep his date waiting outside."

As the voice came from downstairs, Edwin took a deep breath and mumbled.

"You are not my date."

Edwin strode through the door, leaving his friends behind.

After watching Jayden’s Twitch stream today, it is readily apparent this sweet baby angel is not aware of fandom and how crazy it can get.

Chat was so polite and cool and respectful. But Jayden was willing to join a Twitter chat and Discord, he didn’t know lots of the terms of fandom like head canon, there were probably things he can’t answer or talk about that he sometimes sorta slips into mentioning.

What I’m saying is: PROTECT JAYDEN REVRI AT ALL COSTS.

He is so sweet to the fandom. PLEASE continue to not be weird or too parasocial or too pushy with things he probably shouldn’t say.

It was great today but I could see if Dead Boy Detectives continues to grow it could get harder to manage.
