SIM STATE UNIVERSITY (Sims 3) 

I was asked if I could share my re-creation of  Sim State University, one of the Uni town in the Sims 2 , so here it is.

I hadn’t played it in a while so it took more time than expected to have it ready for download. Plus once it was ready, it occurred to me that it might get a bit confusing and that I had to explain HOW I play it as a uni town in a main world.

So … If you’re interested in knowing more about how I play the world, I added more info in the readme files and made an intro video, available => HERE

I also added an unpopulated save file with different SHELLS of buildings (pics above) to give you a head start in building the town.

That world hasn’t been tested by anyone else and on any other computer than mine. Please let me know if you encounter any issue.
