I'm terrible at picking favorites, but I can say some things I like:

Soundtracks (Undertale, Portal 2, Star Wars, Hamilton are some examples)

A lot of the old music you find in the Fallout games

Nerds making music for games I like (Ck9c, The Stupendium, Evidently Fresh, The Chalkeaters, JT Music are some prominent examples)

Some miscellaneous (Johnny Cash, Me First and The Gimme Gimmes [punk cover band, they've got some great stuff], The Cog Is Dead)

And my second most successful post is mentioning the Steeleye Span Discworld Album, Wintersmith, so I should probably mention that
