I'm currently doing an online art school program and I thought I'd share some notes on clothing pieces for anyone else whose like me and for some reason can't understand objects with free from lol I hope you find some of these observations/ notes useful for any of your art journeys!
SHARING SATURDAY: Master Loominous, the secret link that taught Spirit how to paint
Today’s Sharing Saturday because Spirit has decided to share a jewel of her super secret personal stash, and that is MASTER LOOMINOUS.
This is a sample of Loominous’ art.

Spirit would love to talk for 5 minutes to this guy over a coffee, or Skype, but she never succeeded cause the man is a pure mystery. We believe his name is Marcus Kroopa. but we are not sure, and he can only be found through this link and running through his posts.

His art is simply gorgeous, and he does the most amazing tutorials you could ever dream to find. We are posting one as a sample, purely for educational value (all credit to him, of course).

If you dig through his posts you’ll find a hidden treasure of jewels like this. He is undiscovered, you WILL NOT FIND his art on Pinterest, DA, TUMBLR, BEHANCE or FACEBOOK, just this obscure site.
I learned more about painting and environment design from this secret link than I even did from CGMA, Gnomon Workshop or Schoolism. com So I refer to him as MASTER LOOMINOUS, like a kung fu hero.
Enjoy. :)
can i ask what you mean by cooldown for your art? i have heard of warmups but never cooldowns… how does that fit into ur process? :3
oh basically my drawing schedule looks like this:
start with a simple task or doodle that i enjoy doing to encourage me to sit down and actually draw (starting is the hardest part of the day because i get extremely anxious about starting anything)
move on to commission work, usually try to finish a piece every day + sketch a piece for the next day + line a piece to work on tomorrow
do some kind of fun art piece at the end of the 'work day'; this can be sketching a piece that ill work on longer term for warming up or it can be something doodley like with warmups
