This was originally a doodle I did during church with no pose reference (which, I’d like to add, I’m very proud of because it’s a weird perspective and it’s two people interacting and it actually turned out alright for once) and decided I really liked it, so I colored it.

And then proceeded to realize it reminded me a lot of this drawing I did two years ago, and it made me happy cuz I feel like I’ve actually improved which is nice.

Anyway. Yeah. My scrunklies which I love very much. Working on filling the rest of the page they’re on now.

I recorded all this back in February and March but never got around to editing it all together, so here it finally is. I have had this concept buzzing in the back of my head for a while, but never got around to doing it cuz there were logistics I hadn’t quite figured out yet. Finally ended up doing it tho and I think I’m happy with it. Might still tweek it some, idk. We’ll see.

I just realized that I never introduced you all to Katydid, nugget’s cagemate that we acquired over the summer. He was found under the hitch of a friend’s fifth wheel after they’d gotten to their campsite. Which is honestly really depressing because it means his siblings fell out on the way. But on a brighter note, he does not have spinal trauma, and he and Nugget get along wonderfully and banter like the sillies they are.

He really. And I mean REALLY. Likes baths. And he jumps on my hand to play in the sink water every time it gets turned on. He is stupid.
