Reblogging this again because it’s messing me up even more than the cancellation. Niko is such a great friend!

She saved Charles and Edwin because she knew they’d do the same for her. Because they *did* do the same for her. They helped her with the dandelion sprites when nobody else could and she saved them from the lost and found when nobody else could.

She’s just as protective as Charles is and she deserves far more credit for that. She claimed she wasn’t the bravest, but I think she is. If nothing else, she was able to conquer her fears in the name of friendship. She came to the Devlin house, confronted Esther, and became a trans-dimensional being all to save her friends.

Niko Sasaki is truly incredible.

I need more people to talk about Charles fear of water/the cold. I don't think it was mentioned as directly in the Netflix show as it was in Doom Patrol but I need more about it. I need more of Edwin trying to help him through it subtly while others are confused. I need more of my boys 😞

Because I saw a lot of people saying that there's no point in advocating for a second season for Dead Boy Detectives on another platform (like Max) because the script for Season 2 already belongs to Netflix apparently. Honestly, I wouldn't mind them pulling a Taylor Swift. Just rerecord Season 1 with the same cast and slightly different plot so there's no legal problems or whatever. I don't care. It will be Dead Boy Detectives (Our Version). Netflix's will be the AU. I'll love both. Then give us all the following Seasons based on Our Version (I want like at least 6). I'll take anything. Just give us SOMETHING!
