Where/how/when/etc did RB and the Mauler meet? Is Mauler a purposed organism or a natural scug?

oh!! the mauler was created by RB with the help of LF! the mauler was supposed to be a very strong and durable messenger, and would have been sent to several missions along the entire mountain range that the local group is located on however the mauler proved to be too feisty ! so they were basically RB's therapy cat after LF was so scared of the mauler that he gave it to RB (the mauler loved to terrorize LF by biting their antenna!!!! it scared them so much!!!!) (the mauler is a lot less feisty with RB, RB is too aheem heem whimper that even the mauler feels bad)

awwww!!! its ok!!! and i am very honored you are taking interest in this!!!!! :D oh theres so much about this little idiot of an iterator... hmmm with what shall i start with...? well to start off i guess i will properly introduce him now! :D

RB is his group's main admin/senior (as he is the oldest out of the three seniors, yeahh his local group is BIG) he often has his communications closed, therefore not available most of the time. he is.... very paranoid, (probably caused by whatever his ancient did or also the fact that he is only on 50% water usage and he doesn't know how to overwrite the code to give him his water supply back, it feels like a constant fever rn, like the type of fever that you can't think clearly) often not trusting others or being uncooperative, this gets him quite a strained relationship with the other seniors of his group (they do not trust him, he does not trust them, all of them are one badly worded message away from arguing ... all the time) he at one point was somewhat friends with an iterator? not really tbh?? more of like a business friendship? (like the friendship people have with their coworkers?) well uhm that didn't go well that other iterator ended up succumbing to the rot it was partially due to RB's paranoia and careless actions he does also have an evil lizard cat he so nicely named "the mauler", the mauler was the only thing he was somewhat nice to! although the mauler was a handful to deal with! always trying to bite and maul!!!! it probably bit at least half of the local group (dw! no damage was done most likely, the mauler will not harm ones from the local group, however same cannot be said about iterators outside of the local group)

my edgelord evil feisty son..... RB..... he is so evil (unintentionally, he just has terrible luck i guess.) and edgelord and feisty and he has no clue how to be nice because his ancient was so feisty and evil to him.........

AWWWWW OMG OMG YES RB SPINS AROUND TO FACE WHOEVER HE IS TALKING TO!! SAYS SOMETHING LIKE "i've been awaiting you..." AND THEN MAULER BITES HIM AND HE GOES "YOOOOUUUUCH!!!" AND HIS WHOLE EVIL MYSTERIOUS CARTOON VILLAIN VIBE IS RUINED!!!!!!! its ok he forgives mauler, he knows the mauler is just being silly .......

ohohoho i would LOVE TO SHARE EM >:) so like! LF specializes in code and biology, but mostly code! they had seen RB mention the heavy restrictions he is under, he never publicly complained about the restrictions, however LF wanted to help so RB showed a scan of his code, LF wasn't sure how to get rid of the restrictions so they went and showed it to an anonymous online group for advice (without asking RB) LF meant the best but lord he doesn't think sometimes X( the names were blurred yes, however you can still redirect a scan to the iterator it came from, which is the opposite of what RB had wanted RB and LF had uhm a pretty bad fight?! not fight, more of argument but yeahh anyways important note: before all of this, the mauler was sent to LF with a small sample of the rot, so that LF can experiment on it. the mauler dropped the small sample from its container but managed to scoop it back up like nothing happened, however it was a bit too late and rot has slowly started spreading throughout LF's structure. LF didn't even notice until it was almost a little too late, thankfully RB had provided instructions on how to keep the rot at a minimun back to the present: well this happened in the colder seasons, now it is around summer i think? and the rot grows a LOT in warm tempertures so guess who's rot SIGNIFICANTLY worsened?! thats right! LF's rot!!! LF tried to ask RB, but RB being the paranoid and bitter bastard that he is didn't even reply to LF, and withheld information on how to get some rot off of the structure LF has to send out a distress call to the local group !! now there are two equally as cannon variants to this story: -either CoG gives LiBL a piece of malware that LiBL could use to fetch the instructions from RB (without bringing harm to RB), and does it in time to give LF the instructions and LF is recovering from rot now! -or the group's efforts weren't enough and LF succumbs to the rot ^^^ last one is especially bad since only 300 cycles ago the group lost marbles to the collapse (marbles was presumed dead, but would later manage to send out a message to the group that they are alive, albeit collapsed and injured. buts thats a story for another day!)
