You know Mayor Luskley's brother? Well, he has 6 children here. When Lisa (the 2nd youngest) was bored, he decided to send her to her uncle. At first, everyone thought she was going to be a brat. She looked like the stereotype. Cody was chosen to be the tour giude because of his, well, kindness and sunshine persona.
