You know you’ve been abused and or not treated right when..

• Someone compliments you and you think they’re being sarcastic

• Someone tells you they like/love you even with your flaws and you think they’re lying to be nice

• You don’t know how to react/accept compliments

• You think everyone is going to end up hurting you somehow

• You’re paranoid about catching feelings for someone

• You’re scared to be yourself

• You’re terrified to open up (beyond the normal fear)

• You cry at the thought of being left alone yet again
