If every single political text and email and social media post that I see by one of our leaders or our candidates is also attached to a money request how can I help but conclude that politics is really just about money? And if that is so what is to stop the billionaires?

The one thing that Trump, the far right, the racists and the Nazis all have in common is a loud and clear message of hatred and blame. What has Biden got? What have you got? In the face of that, including the fact that Supreme Court has been purchased by billionaires, is it really enough just to run for election? Has politics been able to stop this encroachment in the past? Well I have a lot of support for the good people running for office and fighting for everyone’s freedom and welfare. But that’s nowhere near enough.

Me, I have an alter ego. I am a superhero with a superpower. Muscle. I am Musclemonk. I am Openly Seeking Biomechanical Muscle Monk: Openly Searching for Biomechanical Enlightenment The power of muscle is the power of embodied organic truth and I teach about the profoundly meaningful anatomy of the deepest system of muscles and fascia, our deep core. This is our postural center, the chordate axial line, a system of coordination dynamics, and the easy source of bodily self awareness. It is who we are.

The deep core is something that we all have in common. It is a positive focus and the basis of wisdom in the body. It is something that we can love and appreciate and make sacred. it is inside each one of us as a necessary and even foundational structural aspect of our being. It is the source of self-awareness and I teach a body map that can help you to relate to it easily and naturally.

After that, rediscovering yourself is all up to you to create.
