The sport is ultimate frisbee! A lot of people think it’s not a super crazy spot bc they just hear frisbee, but man, ultimate is INSANE.

It’s basically football but with a frisbee, but it’s completely non-contact and you can’t move when you’re holding the disk. You have to sprint around the whole time, you get glorious layouts and defensive smashes, hucks, hammers, endzone catches and perfect cuts. It’s super hard cardio bc you have to sprint around the whole time, but it’s so worth it when you get those beautiful plays.

Alright chat I am about to go play in the finals, I am stressed out of my mind, my team is like number 8 in the league and somehow we won both playoff games and now we’re going up against the number 1 team in the league, like seriously the anxiety is crazy rn lol

I’m telling myself that the worst we can get right now is second place, but this is gonna be like, the most intense game I’ve ever played. The team were going up against us super good and crazy competitive and I am scared 😭

anyways wish me luck I’ll be back in like 4 hours or so to tell you how it went
