They meet when arti is at the end of her genocide and saint is starting his. Artificer saves him from a red lizard and saint develops a crush on her. Arti tells saint that genocide isn't worth it, and leaves you empty and alone. They bond over tragic backstories. Artificer rushes into danger without caring about her wellbeing. Saint takes care of artificer because she doesn't take care of herself

Artificer will do anything to protect saint. Saint will do anything to protect Artifcer.
Saint is cold but caring. He can talk for hours about the cycle and Artificer will just listen lovingly.
Artificer is chaotic and impulsive but has grown older and a little more calm. She still hates scavengers.

Can we get an, albeitly crack dialogue, of Arti reviewing paint tastes and Saint is just concerned in the background
Arti: Okay, so. *points at a can of red paint.* This one is stale strawberries and dried blood. *points at blue paint* this one is mold. And this- *picks up a can of black paint and puts it on the table*… is stomach acid.
Arti: … evil stomach acid.
Saint: *opens the door*
*prolonged eye contact*
Saint: What. In the name. Of the elder worms. Are you doing?
Arti: Answering the people’s questions.
Saint: … Are those… what I think they are?
Arti: Yeah.
Saint: …
Arti: … I didn’t drink it this time! I sampled.
Saint: Oh, joyous day.
rather rough and semi-unfinished but I think the people will appreciate it
tried to reverse the drawing of Arti holding Saint. didn’t go as well as I hoped lol, and motivation kinda vanished after erasing Arti like. three times. so this. it’s not that bad tho, I like it :)
