So about Kubo.

They chose not to speak about Yurio’s family in the anime in order not to give him a handicap and instead showed his relationships with many people who would support and help him in the future. Kubo also said she wished she could show more of Yurio and Otabek’s friendship and she had a few scenes in mind but in the last episodes she had to cut out all of the lines that weren’t absolutely necessary. She said that she actually wanted to include many more scenes for many of the characters but it was a story about Yuuri Katsuki after all and she wanted to prioritize it in the end.

S2 will burn your asses so hard. It’s been clear enough already they’re on good terms and now you have Kubo specifically making this comment. It’s really cute how in the actual radio at 18:50 when she mentions Otabek being Yurio’s first friend, everyone starts GIGGLING and loses composure and Kubo remarks regrettably how “I really wanted to draw more scenes of Otabek and Yurio….”

So...the real question is "are we going to do it or not?"
