Here’s some development for a print in progress. This is the sketch. It is subject to change. The actual print is going to be sized 24 inches by 48 inches and it’s going to be woodcut.
Progress update. I had a figure break overnight yesterday, made worse by it falling off the shelf. So a lot of my studio time has been repair lately.
My sample print came in. It’s rich and velvety and gorgeous. Thanks Printful. This print and others are available at Myousa.storenvy.com.
So the deal with the heads is that I am in the process of re-making master copies of them from molds I made in grad school. There is approximately 30 of them, although I have made around 40 in total. The oldest ones date back to my BFA thesis show. As a goal, I would like to have 100 of them.
A horde of small strange aspen tree monsters are almost ready for the molding stage. Just need to reinforce them a bit.
