SUPERNOVA INITIATIVE

Jack Tithus (probably in tears, talking to the Director) - "What did I ever do to you, you sick bastard?!"

Artemis Zreeth (deadpan, after Meridian makes a cringey joke) - "What is your problem with me, robot-man?"

Cassiopeia Tithus (pissed off, almost decking Deimos)- "Well we didn't ask you to come back! What the hell is wrong with you?"

Deimos Soll (trying to sound unemotional, actually terrified of General Laylah) - "You have refused to inform me of the purpose of my capture. Until you explain to me what your qualm with my person is, I shall refuse to comply with any orders coming from you."

Vesper Foxx (knife to the person's throat, pinning them to the wall by the scruff of their shirt): "What do you want, fucker? You seem to have a problem with me, so why don't we solve this one-on-one?"

Pax Stellaryn (mildly annoyed but chuckling after his brother pranked him): "Gosh, what did I do to deserve that this time? What is your excuse (chuckles)?"

Aleks Keldora (genuinely concerned): "Did I do something wrong? I must have. Can you please tell me so I can make it better?"

Ethean Mirannir (done with everything): "Why are you like this? Just why. What did I ever do to you?"

Noctus (seemingly unemotional and slightly cheeky): "If you have any problems with my work, do take it up with my supervisors at the Junction. I'm sure they would be pleased to redirect you."

The Forgotten Ones:

Arzhel - Yes, also yes. He would surely want to know what the future holds for him and his little brother since they've been looking for their father (who went missing unwillingly) for years. Knowing what was to come would also have been used for him to evade capture by the Inquisition and not be separated from Gael, though I'm not sure he would have been able to escape the royal Inquisitors on time if he tried, given they had magic.

Elodie - Maybe (but would be very confused), and Yes. She probably wouldn't know why such a chance - to see the future! - is being offered to a street urchin and pickpocket like her, but would probably be too curious to turn down the offer. Seeing what was to come would also have given her a chance to realize her friends/adoptive siblings would be in danger and prevent their disappearance.

Daragh - No (he would consider it foolish and a slight to the Fates), and Maybe (it could save him from the horrors he'll endure or be even worse by making him terrified ahead of time). He wouldn't accept the offer as he wants to be focused on the present as a good Crown Prince and doesn't want to slight the tides of the Fates. However, knowing what was to come may have given him a chance to save his family from being betrayed and prevented his capture by the sadistic Magister Emmerick, a known torturer. Knowing the future would also have given him a chance to be less of an emotionally constipated mess and have healed his relationship with his estranged sister, Vivaldah, before being driven apart even more by the war.

Of Starlight and Beasts

Corah - YES, and Maybe. Yes to the first question because Corah is a very curious girl and is someone who will accept any advantages she can get in the face of the challenges ahead. Maybe because... well knowing that the person who will brutally betray her and her friends in the final act of the book is none other than her Mother, who has been absent for more than a decade - who abandoned Corah and her Father when Corah was only six years old and never came back - might make her fears and misbeliefs even worse and might even hurt her ability to fight against the Crimson Queen's plans.

Arammys - Yes, and Maybe. Arammys would definitely want to know what is in store for him in the future, especially if he will be able to regain his stolen memories or not. But finding out exactly what's in store for him in the future and exactly how big of a mess they'll be thrust into may make him even more insecure.

Eidan - Eh. He probably wouldn't care much to learn about the future. As he is already running from his past and the horrors that haunt him in it, I don't think he would be very interested in learning about his future. As for whether or not it would do him any good? I'm not sure, because so much happens to him throughout the story, and finding out would be pretty messy lmao.

1.  Is there a favorite character or title you enjoy writing for the most?

Hmmm. Tough question! That depends on my mood and what I want to write at a given time. There are a few specific tropes I love tho! Such as friends to lovers, medieval fantasy, quests, sibling bonds, curses, and tragedy that sort of thing!

10.   What frustrates you the most as a writer?

Oh definitely naming characters in a way that is symbolic but not too complicated, feeling stuck without knowing how to write the story out of a plot hole, and MY ARCH NEMESIS - starting the book's first chapter...

17.   If there’s one thing you could tell your readers, what would it be?

I would tell them to be themselves. To learn to love the person they are deep down - and practice self-compassion and self-forgiveness. I To practice being a more mindful, calm and respectful person. Be a friend who respects other's boundaries and cheers up your friends. Be silly, don't take life so seriously. Don't stress over things you can't control. Enjoy the little things that make life truly worth living.

A lot of things! Mostly, I think the most relevant ones are the plot twists that will happen in my WIPs, the full arc of some characters, and maybe a secret that a character is hiding from another! My readers will find this out as the stories develop!

Aetherberry Cake

"This is a typical elven dessert from the mountain elves from the WIP Song of Thorns! (Fun, unrelated, fact: Elves, in this world, are vegetarians by nature and faith, and do not consume any kind of meat.) This cake is made of a rare kind of berry that grows in the windy forests that surround the mountains that the elves call home. It is a magical fruit with enchanted, healing, properties. This cake is light, fluffy, and sweet with a creamy frosting (also made with magical ingredients) and berry syrup."

Ivion Fish Stick Sandwiches and Hot Chocolate

"A cheap, quick, and easy meal from the galaxy of Supernova Initiative. A traditional snack from the moons of Ivion, it was made to fit into the tight budget most families have on the planet moons' struggling settlements - and thus was one of the main dishes Jack Tithus used to make for his sister while they were growing up there, and it remains one of their favorites to this day. The sandwich is made with instant-bake loaf bread, fried or dry fish sticks, and spicy mayo. The hot chocolate is made with powdered milk (+ hot water), instant chocolate/cocoa mix, and voidroot (essentially a harmless and cheap space spice that tastes like a mix of cinnamon and pepper and gives the drink a faint glittery look)."
