you're not letting your disability stop you. everyone has limits - yours just happen to impact your abilities more than abled people's. accepting that and working within your limits doesn't mean you're doing something wrong.

it means you're doing what you need to be as healthy as possible. that's a good thing. you should be doing that, and anyone who says otherwise is not acting in your best interest. no one knows your needs better than you.
