i finally got around to publishing my first story on ao3 as this is trash and i feel so happy! i’ve been on a very very long hiatus and the name change really worked wonders! 

it is a katsudeku nsfw story so yeah. as i was pasting it to this tumblr i realized i wanted to make a series for it and i ended up calling it 

cosplay kinks starring todoroki, deku, and katsuki

basically, as i was writing foreplay and cosplay kinks i ended up implying some tododeku and todokatsu and honestly, before katsudeku i’m an avid tododeku shipper (katsudeku came later but goddamn it’s HOT). 

from these two ships i then started the ot3 because i just couldn’t decide who deku should be shipped with!!

and yeah, so far i have 3 story ideas for this series

KATSUDEKU: katsuki realizes he’s got a cosplay kink when uraraka sends him a picture of deku in a skimpy red riding hood outfit [aka foreplay and cosplay kinks]

TODODEKU: todoroki is the one who took the picture of deku (that was then sent by uraraka to katsuki) and they got a bit handsy

TODODEKUKATSU: the attraction’s always been there and the three of them decide they want to try a threesome (inspired by a reddit thread i browsed through a while back)

since i’m already doing so many t/d/k combos i figured i’d do a todobaku as well but i haven’t thought of a storyline yet (hehe)

also, i want to try doing an ochako x tsuyu fic but it’ll be my first time doing yuri so i don’t know if it’ll actually happen. 

about the cosplay kink world

it’s a modern day AU, no quirks

all the characters are older, i’m thinking mid-20s

katsuki and deku are living together~

katsuki travels a lot because he’s a writer. when the story starts and he mentions the plane flight it’s because he was at an out of state conference. his editor did not appreciate his early departure (though katsuki did finish up what he needed to before leaving)

uraraka is some kind of theatre person as she is a costumer, does costume design, and is a makeup artist (idk if there’s a term that encompasses all of this)

deku’s occupation is still unknown even to me. i’m thinking maybe a model, any suggestions?

todoroki is a photographer and his favorite subject is deku after uraraka has had her way with him. frequently travels and currently lives alone

uraraka and tsuyu are a couple and are taking it slow because tsuyu is an angel (maybe that’s why Uraraka does what she does to the ot3, all that repressed sexual tension! LOL)

kirishima is super gay but idk who his boyfriend is??

Fanfiction Writing Tips

Some of these can be applied to all types of fiction, but some of these are more fanfiction-specific. And, I am in no means a professional, but a friend asked me for writing tips, and I thought I’d share them.

1.) When you’re writing dialogue, picture the character’s voice in your head. If you can’t picture them saying it, you’re writing them out of character. This is something I cannot stress enough, as it has been a lifesaver many times.

2.) Visualize the scene in your mind. How would they move? What kind of area are they in? Do you think the scene would work best on a couch? What would this character do on a couch? Cross their legs or lean on the side? Picture the scene for proper description of the scene, and that makes it easier to figure out what they’re doing with their bodies.

3.) Find a balance of show and tell. Don’t make the whole story just them completely in their minds the whole time unless it’s an introspective piece, and don’t make them just in the moment, either, as it’ll limit their ability to be connected with. Try to find out what reads best, balancing their inner thoughts with their actions. I would suggest just trying out different combinations, or figuring out an estimated ratio from a fic that you think is well-written.

4.) Never ever ever write your story in present tense. Never ever ever. It limits the ability to focus on what’s necessary. It can be experimented with, but it is often not good for fanfiction, as it can lead to stories being too wordy in explaining obvious actions. It has its place, but unless you’re already comfortable with writing in past tense, I would not recommend it.

5.) Pick out some important scenes and quotes before you begin writing. By having something to go by, it’ll be easier. For instance, write the summary to your story before you’ve written it, and go from there. I, personally, love to write dialogue before actually delving into the story. This gives me something concrete to work around, and guarantees that I’m following my original idea.

When everyone blew up about Pokémon GO Bakugou Katsuki swore he'd never ever play the damn game.

He ended up muting just about every person he followed on Twitter, stopped using Facebook (because my fuckin god even the teachers were playing!) and he shut off anyone who randomly stopped on the street to stare at their phones, catching whatever stupid Pikachu that'd shown up. So how the game ended up on his phone was quite the mystery (or not really, he knew it was that hair for brains asshole who'd been messing with his phone last week).

And now here he was, walking around downtown, having created his character and trying not to look like all the losers playing this shitty game.

Of course, it was easier said than done when it pissed him the fuck off. He was absolutely sure that he'd thrown the ball at the freakin bird cawing at him but the damn thing wouldn't go inside. No. In fact, the ball would go past the damn thing or it would disappear and he'd have to try again. He gripped his phone, tempted to smash it to the ground, "You little fucker-"

"AH!" his face was assaulted by dark green locks as he almost toppled over some stranger. The guy turned around quickly and shot him an apology but Katsuki short circuited. Are those really his natural eyes? which, fuck, now that he'd thought it he realized he shouldn't be one to talk. But they were just so...bright, and freckles. He didn't know many people with freckles...if any at all.

He scowled, "Watch where you're going ya damn nerd, damn it, can't even walk around town without one of you getting in the damn way!"

A blush immediately adorned the guy's face, "S-sorry, just, I-wait...are you playing too?"

Fuck. Katsuki stashed his phone in his pocket and growled at the stranger, "The hell I am!"
