I love and appreciate fanfic authors, but I read their notes and I have to wonder what fucked up shit they did in a past life to make god hate them so much. Like why do the worst things happen to fanfic authors and they just brush over it. I’ll be reading a fluffy fic and the notes will be “hey sorry the fic is late both my parents died, I’m in hospital right now, and my house burnt down. anyway hope u enjoy this chapter!!“ bro???? Would it be possible to get the ability to add "read more"s to posts on the mobile app? Currently we have to get onto a browser to add in a "read-more" cut.

You can add a read more link from the apps by typing :readmore: in a post.

It’d be nice to have a "read more" button in the post editor in the apps. Maybe that’s something we can get on our roadmap. Keep an eye on Changes for updates.

my friend just told me that there's a secret second dashboard that solely contains posts from people you've turned on post notifications for, and when i click the link in the messages it opens it within the tumblr app, so the tumblr app also has a secret second dashboard for post notification blogs, and the only way to access it is to open the link for it within the app.
