“Found family is so boring” maybe to YOU. I love how a character who’s deemed a “villain” and rejected by society, finds another group of rejects who accept them as they are. I love how a group of “villains” are able to accept someone, despite their wrongdoings when society pushes them aside. And no matter how much society paints them as bad people, they’ll forever be heroes to that character. Because they accepted them when no one else did.
It’s the best trope ever, and I will die on that hill.

It took them 3 years to get together. 3 WHOLE YEARS. Because they’re both oblivious idiots who can’t flirt or take a hint. (everyone thought they were already dating, including AM) and after pining after each other for so long, because they “didn’t want to ruin their friendship” class 1-A hatches a plan to get them together. (They lock them in a room and force them to confess, or else the AM merch gets it) it worked.

Kids absolutely adore Izuku, as i hc he used to babysit/play with the neighborhood children before he moved into the dorms. He’s so good at making up games (especially hero themed ones) that they’ll never get bored. He knows just the right thing to say and is a comforting figure for little children.
Meanwhile Shoto gets so awkward around children. He ends up panicking and saying the most random things. Like they could be talking about the beach and suddenly he starts dropping whale facts mid conversation. And since he was so isolated as a child, he barely knows any of the typical children games. (Izuku played them with him once he found out) but that doesn’t mean some kids don’t like him, such as the quiet ones rather than the hyper active children.
